Nice brewpub near FSU campus. Good variety of craft beer, very nice bar area. and a nice biergarten outside. Also, presents a couple of guest beers from other brewers. Highly recommended.

My wife and I love this place. The selection of beer is tasty. The staff friendly and helpful. They have board games to play with friends or strangers and they allow well-behaved-dogs-on-a-leash into their establishment.

GrassLands is definitely worth a visit if you are in town. They have a sweet location with board games and wifi (if I was a student in town I'd be here every night), and a great deck to hang out on. The beer selection is good, they have some classics as well as some experimental stuff.

Nice brewery, with a laid back atmosphere. Weekly trivia game, and some board games to play with your friends while you drink. Inside and outside seating. A decent selection of beers, but typically only American ales and IPAs.
Jake, head brewer at Grasslands is great! Jake took us on a tour of the brewery and taught us how brews are made. I highly recommend this brewery and encourage expansion to Jacksonville! Great selection, good prices, friendly service! Ordered TLH BREW! Fantastic pale ale!

Great place was in from out of town on an off weekend during a holiday weekend and had great service and conversation with bartenders. Walked from their to proof brewing and immediately regretted leaving when I met the staff that was less than pleasant.
Good beer, decent variety. They have a ton of games to play, and the atmosphere is nice.
The vibe is 100% fun but I did not love the very bright Edison lights at eye level and the taps pour...not very cold. Great location and great staff too!
Fun beer spot for craft beer, board games, and trivia (Tuesday night)! Not the best beer in town, though. Small seating area outside (covered) if you want to bring a pup. Casual atmosphere, which I really like. You can also bring/order food.
Went to an evening social event hosted at Grasslands. Received a personal tour from owner. Been there about half a dozen times or more. The brewer is always improving his craft.
Fun atmosphere, they have a nice outdoor area with corn hole. Loads of selection of beer.
An outsider with no bias...IPA's are better at Proof. However, it seems Florida hasn't jumped on the high quality IPA scene as both were sub-par in my book.
