Excellent place to let off a little stress and a perfect place to have your kids Birthday party. They have laser tag, bounce area and bow and arrow tag. They have a concession stand for snacking. Buy the combo package deal for the different games. You can save a lot. Also, you can become member for more savings. Please like if this helps you out.

My son went with a group of friends on Saturday 11/7 and didn't have a good time. I think whether or not your child has a good time is in direct relation to how assertive they are in this kind of situation. My son has a very mild personality and tends to get overwhelmed in fast-paced environments. He said the ref yelled at him because he couldn't understand where the ref was telling him the out zone was located, he came out with welts on his torso...just that kind of thing. I'm not blaming G-Force, but just want other parents to be aware that it isn't instant fun for every child.

I've been attending g force for roughly 13 years, I have seen it grow and change over the years. Anyways I enjoy racing, I've always had a good experience. But the last time I went was with 2 friend and we actually own and race real performance cars. So when we go we expect to race as if we would on the track aka tight grouping, close side by side fast paced running. Well we were the only ones on the track and they dudes kept flagging us and giving us a hard time. I do understand they need to protect their investment and keep us from damageing
Property but we were tearing the carts or track up. That really annoyed me and my friends. Now the Portsmouth location is a 5 star facility we love racing that track, the flag gets are realist and let's us run how racing is ran. Overall I still go to Richmond but in my eyes it's a 3 compared to Portsmouth.

HORRIBLE karting experience. Bumped a wall by accident, and the course ref told me "Final warning, don't do it again or we will remove you from the track" *very* rudely. No first offense? It was the beginning of the first lap!

So I went the rest of the race at 15mph. I complained and got no apology, only a free race.

Get bent.

If possible, try avoiding giving this company your email address. I set up a company event around 2015 or 2016 and I used my email address for correspondence purposes. Unfortunately, I was unaware they were going to sign me up for their newsletter. After multiple attempts to stop the email newsletter, I gave up. Additionally, I received an email from them leaking other customers emails which I don't believe other customers of this establishment would appreciate me having access to this info (I have since deleted the email for security purposes). The unsubscribe button and update subscription preferences do not do anything. Please avoid giving them any unnecessary personal information. I will not be setting up an event with them again out of fear if I do get it fixed, it might just start the process over again.

My family decided to stop by and just check out what this place was based on an add out by the road. We stepped in and immediately after we looked around, we changed our afternoon plans and decided to make an afternoon here. We did a little of everything and had a blast. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable about every activity. I was impressed with the kart team and how well they were run and the safety measures they took. The inside staff was amazing. Even though they run many stations at once, they were always available to help and very polite. I am already planning to have a birthday party here... Well worth the money for that much fun!

Rained out of work on a Tuesday, found this gem when looking for things to do with some friends. Were lucky to find out that from 6-9 was unlimited racing. Made my qualifying time for their 'Super Karts' on our 5th race! Staff were friendly and down to earth. Had a lot of fun, and we'll definitely be coming back next Tuesday with more people.

I had been wanting to get my kids there since I discovered that they were old enough to ride as a passenger in a two seat kart. It was perfect. Both kids loved their experiences, and they want to go back. So now I need to work on having enough money for another future trip. It was as fun as I remember it being when I went over 10 years ago.

I can't remember the last time I've had so much fun! We had family visiting from out of state and wanted to take them somewhere fun. The staff was so friendly and welcoming! We got to experience the go-karts, paintball, and laser tag; we had a blast. It's fun for all ages; we had people ranging from 21 to 57 years old. Although G-force is great for kids, don't forget it's great for adults too! We love coming here; awesome value for your money! Make this your next birthday party or hang out spot!

I have been a long time customer here. They really go out of their way to take care of their customers. Karting here is not like the kiddy karts at the local putt-putt golf center. These are fast karts, and they are often way more than customers expect. The staff do an excellent job of briefing the customers. And they are quick to react when more instruction is needed.

My now 11 year-old son and his group of girl and boy friends of all ages had a great time at G-Force Karts for his birthday party! We were greeted by very friendly staff who led us to our party room after ensuring all of the kids had waivers filled out. We did the new NERF wars which were a huge hit! The kids had a blast hiding and dodging and strategizing together in the large arena. Then we headed back to the party room, where the staff brought us delicious hot, housemade pizza and gave every kid a cup to go choose their drink. Next, they headed to the 1/4 mile go-kart track for some fast-paced racing fun. They raced in two heats of 8, so it was fun for one group to race while the other group watched their friends and cheered them on. After that, it was on to the game room for a few arcade games, then into the laser tag arena! Needless to say, the kids were exhausted by the end! The G-Force staff was amazing and did a great job of keeping the party flowing. Thanks, G-Force!

I thought the track was a lot of fun! The guys on the track were really friendly and helped me adjust my seat over and over which each new ride and were super friendly and happy to help. However, we were really disappointed with the customer service other than that. We first walk in and there are two girls collecting payments and handing out tickets. It took about 15-20 minutes to get myself and my 6 friends through. My husband and his two friends bought the "unlimited races until 9pm" rate. So after wasting 20 of our minutes by just trying to get us out there- we all got 3 rounds. The 3 who bought the unlimited rate went back in at 8:52 asking for one last ticket and the lady up front says "It's only unlimited if you're finished BY 9. She failed to mention that while we were paying extra money to get the unlimited rounds. Not to mention, we brought THREE new people to G-Force tonight, all of whom spent $60+ each. I think he should have been more upfront about the specifics of the so called "unlimited" deal, and realized we brought 3 new people to race tonight. Just a little disappointed by the service.

Today was my first day me, and my family came to this arcade. My experience here was not as fun. The guy who s in charge of the g kart racing that had on a black shirt was very rude. You can hear it in the tone of his voice that he was obviously irritated or disturbed. You can also tell by the look on his face that he didn t want to be bothered. My family did nothing at all but try, and come to have a good time. We spent a lot of money at this arcade, and this is the type of customer service that we had to deal with? It s not fair to me at all I was very disappointed. It felt as if he was just ready to go home and that we were his last customers of the night, and he wanted to get rid of us. Someone should speak with him about it, because I m very devastated he had an attitude and took it out on us. Example being nasty about the helmet and the neck brace he made us take it off and put it back on, because he said we didn t do it correctly it was the tone in his voice like it was anger. Also he was talking to the other guy that works inside about one of my relatives, because she accidentally made a mistake and it was her first time.

We were in town for a family vacation and because of all the rain we had to keep our activities indoor. This was a perfect stop for our group of 12 with ages ranging from 2 to 60. Everyone had something to do no matter the age. The staff was super friendly and the owner/manager gave us a rundown of things to do and where everything was located. It did get busy quick, but it didn t stop our fun. I must say the 10 minute laser tag wore the whole group out, so much that they weren t up for the Nerf game.
We will definitely return if we ever visit Virginia again.

Great, relatively inexpensive place to take the kids for some indoor fun...we got the "special ops" package which includes one game of laser tag, one game of Nerf Wars, $5 arcade card, personal pan pizza and drink all for $30.....the kids had a blast and the youngest kid was 5 and was able to do all on the special ops package....definitely will be back...to go boxes for pizza would be nice...they only have paper plates....

I went paint-balling with a few friends of mine because our buddy worked there- the Portsmouth location, not the Richmond one. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the game was enjoyable. My friend who works there told us about a buy-one-get-one-free coupon that was available, but if he hadn't informed us of that, we wouldn't have known. It wasn't advertised anywhere that I saw. Overall, though, I had a good experience.
