Best track in the area. Helpful people in every respect.

Very nice place for laser tag and go carts but awful service. Employees were very rude and made the experience awful.

Fun and fast carts. Fun day to spend with the kids or just by yourself to go fast on the go carts.

Took my kids to a Nerf Birthday Party. Really was fun watching them in the Nerf area and playing the games for tickets and prizes afterwards.

Good place for a day of fun activities for kids and adults.

G-force as a whole is a fun place to ride go-carts but some of the employees are very biased. I was the only female on the track with 4 other of my friends & I was the only one that kept getting flagged down for one issue after another while my friends were doing the exact same thing and nothing was said. Very disappointed with how the gentleman on the track had such unfair treatment. I understand there has to be rules but it needs to be consistent accross the board not just females & males.

Ran one event with the paintball. Fun but the guns were not very reliable & made a lot of down time. Go Karts are cool.

We came from NC for vacation and that was our first stop and we are so glad it was a great start to our vacation. We all had a blast and loved it.

I was here mostly for the laser tag, though I've raced once or twice. The Lasertag arena is awesome, and the all-you-can-play specials on the weekends can't be beat.

Not your standard laser tag, but once you get the hang of the controller, it's a blast! And the carts haul ass. If you like drifting or dirt track racing, get your butt on the track.

The race and the cars are nice, regardless, they are highly disorganized and you can notice no one is in charge. They seriously need a manager or someone in charge that shows them how to treat people.

Good fast karts. Challenging track. Great activity!

A bit on the expensive side but a whole lot of fun for groups.

My son (10) and I visited G-Force while on our mini vacation to Richmond.

We raced an awesome track on go-karts, lazer tagged on two floors, and had full out assaults at the indoor paintball arena. Everything was FABULOUS!

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the equipment was well kept and our experience left us with memories we'll never forget.

G force is the dumbest most overpriced go carting in the world. My friends and i went, two have their liscence, and we filled out the form. Then they tell us you can only race if you are sixteen and have a liscence. I being fifteen was told that i couldn't race with out a waiver. My friend who was sixteen without a liscence was allowed even though he didn't have his liscence. That is my BS experience with the worst go carting in the world, Gforce.

Had my sons sixth birthday party here. Party room was small but clean. The employees were attentive enough. The activity prices were reasonable. The concessions were outrageously over priced.

Very thrilling, and it was definitely worth the money.

The instructors were amazing. We had a group of twenty and they did a great job. We will come back to do it again.

Was here for 3ish hours to play laser tag, got upsold to the unlimited pass and only got to play 4 games (40 minutes) because they let birthday parties and single pass players skip you. Nobody told us this when we bought unlimited passes. The owner also seems like a real jerk when reading his replies to people on Facebook.

This was such a fun place. We enjoyed the go cart and laser tag the most. The Nerf Gun session was 30 minutes and became a little boring after awhile.

No complaints. Service great, staff friendly, and had alot of fun!

Fun place to go Karting, they have all the safety gear including neck braces and clean head wraps. We had a blast! Staff is Knowledgeable and helped everyone feel safe. We will come back to race again soon!

There's so much fun stuff to do here! Not only are there indoor go karts, but also laser tag, nerf wars, VR booths, and much more. The staff was very nice and helpful. They served us a great lunch as well.

Fun indoor Go-carting. Lots of extras to do, VR, laser tag, arcade, snack bar etc. Prices are not cheap for go-carts, and some carts do not function as well. After 3 races, it was clear that certain # cara were just slower and not responsive. Needs a little tuning up.

I'd never been go carting -- it was surprisingly fun! Can't wait to do it again.

Great place we took our grandkids there and they had a blast

We went there for my nephews 16th birthday. We had an awesome time!!

Took my family here today (used a Groupon and saved more than half). I will be going back and will pay full price without complaint. Plenty of Kart time for the $$ and the staff was super helpful and even understanding and patient with my 'helmet claustrophobia' and my young daughter having never driven anything with an engine LOL. Great place!

Always an amazing experience at G-Force! I've only ever done the go-karts and it is safe to say it is unlike any go-karting experience you can find in the area. It can be a bit on the pricey side, but there are always great deals you can find to help get more races for cheaper.

I really liked racing at the old indoor facility but the new outdoor track is twice as fun!

Very fun place -a bit pricey for a single ride but worth it. They will print your stats out at the end so you can see how you did. All of the staff was friendly and fun, except for one guy who was constantly yelling at us to hurry up. Just ignore him.

Took my daughter and a couple friends. They loved it. Go-karts, laser tag, archery, arcade. Pizza and nachos all made fresh as you order.

We just had my sons 6th birthday party there. Overall it was really fun,, and the kids LOVED IT! We needed more then 15 minuets for set up though which is what they allow, which gave us a late start, but I never felt rushed out and we were able to get everything done. Our G force party helper was super nice and accommodating. Really all the team were great with the kids. Its a a busy place and the party room is on the other side of the building so the kids have to walk threw the main (busy) lobby from the party room and arena so good to have all the parents stay help "heard" the kids. The laser guns don't make noise when you shoot them and the vest don't vibrate when you have been shot like at other laser tag place we have been too, but kids didn't seem to mind. Arena was really big and nicely done.

We went for the indoor archery tag. There was just the two of us in the group, so it wasn't as fun as we expected. But while there, we joined a group for indoor paintball, and that was a blast. Will definitely be back for the paintball.

They go karts and stuff is quality and fun but never order food it took hour and 45 minutes to make a pizza

My son and nephew had and great time. They enjoyed moment we spent there.

Dirt track is AWESOME!!! Took my sons and their friends and they could not stop talking about it afterwards. Fast and fun! Worth it and definitely going back!

Me and my son went there and tore up the go cart track today. The staff was very friendly and helpful with my son on the track. He is 8 years old and needed a little guidance on steering the cart. Awesome place to go, will definitely be back soon.

The unlimited racing is a fantastic deal if you like racing go-karts.

I've been racing at GForce for several years now, Jason, his crew & employees run a great operation and put on a lot of fun events. I've had many memorable experiences there & have always appreciated their integrity & professionalism.

Kids had a blast at the birthday party. The nurf fight was great and the arcade was fun, but obviously the fast go karts knocked their socks off. They had a blast doing the karts and they all compared their stats together.

Just left this place with 4 of my buddies, and all we did was the karts. Best money I've spent in a long time.

Few bad things about it but it still good place for fun.

First timers my kids had lots of fun kept them busy for bout an hour or so. They really had a blast on the go karts and my bf is a drag racer and he was impressed how fast the go kart goes/ that he could fit in seat cause he's tall and long legs. The prices is doable and nachos is the bomb. And its better than chuck e cheese.

Karts were great, staff was not very helpful with accommodating our large group (the young blonde lady in a rush to get out of work in particular). When customers are going to drop a few hundred bucks at your business, you should treat them like guests, not burdens. The karting was fast and fun, and I think its worth stopping by.

Laser tag gun was off by 2ft at 12ft away, I didn't realize until 2:30 left on the clock so my immaculate accuracy was only 18%. HOWEVER I still had a lot of fun and look fwd to next time (I'll check my gun first).

So fun. There is an arcade, go kart track, nerk gun park, food all in one place. Its fun for the whole family. And they had a virtual reality center witch was pretty awesome. There go karts had a good speed to them. The staff was nice and very helpful. There prices where pretty cheap compared to other place i have been. I will definitely be going there again and again.

Had to review because am reading some reviews which are definitely not descriptive of the place l just visited two months ago. we were there for a Birthday and the kids really had fun. The pizza was also not as disgustingly described by another reviewer. l do understand that everyone is entitled to their opinion but l had to disagree on this one. My kids are very picky when it comes to food even pizza but they did enjoy the pizza. We had just left chic-fil-a when we attended the bday celebration so they were not hungry and did not have to eat the pizza if it wasn't good. l did not eat but l could tell that it was a hand tossed pizza myself. lf l weren't full, l would have eaten it (and am not a pizza person as am picky with what and where l eat). I hadn't been there in about two years but l was very impressed with the fun we had and the state of affairs from food, to games and customer service. They still have it going so don't be discouraged by some reviews. l don't go there often because pricing is a little high but l can understand why. We will be stopping by this month to enjoy some go-karting in celebration of my daughters 10th bday and we will surely have some of their yummy pizza!

Like that kids can ride with an adult when they are not tall enough to ride by themselves

Went for a work event and absolutely loved it. We did go karts and the archery, and it was a blast. The staff was very kind and sociable as well.

Had a great time tonight. Tonight was the first time my son and his friend experienced the VIRTUAL REALITY and they liked that the best. It was very comical for me to watch them too! They are already planning next time.

With all of the safety rules for driving...you would think drinking and driving would be #1. Guess not...

All around fun experience and a lot of activities to choose from! Staff was helpful and friendly. Only complaint I could possibly make is poor ventilation but that's very forgivable as they sell refreshments for a reasonable price!

Best place for kids and parents to let out some steam!

My experience started off as a good one because this company gave my son a good start as a first job but unfortunately that changed as of yesterday. See my son became agitated and cussed (to himself) and because the owner seen and read his lips on what he said my son was then sent home after a hour of being at work. Mind you my son apologized to the owner answered him yes sir no sir and in return he tells my son "I don't even want to talk to you just go home" RUDE AND UNCALLED FOR as an employer so once I came up the place to get a better understanding of the situation he tells me my son has a nasty attitude but mind you this is the same kid who just apologized and using yes sir no sir. But OK.. Then he goes into telling me how the customer's experience could be ruiened and how social media works all he needs is for one customer to give one star and a complaint... Hmmm well the last time I checked I am a parent who was standing there trying to speak with this man and his arrogance was over the top I asked why wasn't my son giving the chance to explain and his response to me was "why should I have giving him the chance to explain" maybe because as an employer you should give your employees that much respect to do so..That's why!! And further more while worrying about your customers experience you should put just that much worry into your employees because once again you just seem to forget that I AM A PARENT but because I wasn't a customer I didn't get "customer service"tone I got the I'm the boss and it's what I say or out the door tone. So now my son is out of a job because "he can't work around noise" BS please don't use that as an excuse if that was the case he wouldn't have applied in the first place. And further more they didn't give a phone call to let my son know not to return they removed him from the employee Facebook page but every employee knows my son got fired though.. That's my experience for this place.. And word to the wise social media works both ways for your customers and employees so try not to make it all about your customers when your employees help you keep your business a float..

Went there to celebrate my son and nephew's birthday, mind you they are 35 and 28, we had so much fun. Go karts, nerf battles and arcade games...something for everyone. We will definitely be doing this as a monthly family get together.

Took the boys on a Friday...unlimited Call of Duty Style Laser Tag. I'm guaranteeing they enjoyed the 4 hrs of uninterrupted shooting. Go Karts can get up to 30.

Love the new outdoor track!! I hate the fact that they are actively encouraging people to not where masks and the employees are not wearing PPE either.

I suggest to set a reservation during the weekend..it was packed waitied a long time for gkarts..but everything else was cool..bring a lot of money for arcade..food is not great so bring something with you I brought Lil Ceaser pizza ..the kids had an awesome time..
