Delivering copper, arrived at 08a for a 10a appointment. Was told I couldn't check in till 3p. Wasted a day and missed a $1k load. Total inconsiderate, apathetic customer (former customer). I spared ya on how I really feel. Ha
O ya! Love me some copper .. Great off load time, hardly a wait at all. People were friendly enough and facility is clean.
Very slooooow lazy asholes no early checking only apptoinment and when you come on time and guess what you stuck here. Try to avoid.

Was given the wrong address initially, so I waited for a half hour at the wrong facility, then given the correct address get there and was told I am late. I was told by the scale master to come back tomorrow at 7am because his crew left at 1428. Arrived at 0650 the next day and was told by the guard shack I needed to make a new appointment, absolutely ridiculous.

Only appointment, no early check in, no site parking. They left their garbage in my trailer, I can clean myself. Unloading was 95 minutes.

Not a good place to get unloaded got here at my appointment time and still waiting two hours later haven't got a dock yet this is a terrible place for truck drivers who are trying to make a living
Not bad at all. 4 stars for unloading time but these guys are super busy so I can not understand
live unload and they are very fast unloaded.must scale when mt and loaded.
Nice people, fast unloading! Less than an hour and you are out!
Quick delivery and no one ask me for appointment number or time
Easy to follow directions in plant. FCFS unload but they are quick. Watch for forklifts.
