Worst mortgage investment EVER!!! Harmony Village isn't the only botched up investment they have. Wouldn't want to invest with this company again.

I bought into 2 Fortress developments. They paid interest for a year or so. But for the last couple of years they have suspended all payments. Communications from this company is almost non-existent. Beware!!

Just spoke with Dillon in "Client Services" regarding an update for the project Harmony Village, however he was unable to provide any relevant information. I'm tired of robotic human beings.

This is my most worst investment experience in this company. I invest it from 2012, only got one year interest and they stopped pay nothing. The communication with this company now is totally non-existent. BE WARE!

Not helpful people at all....They are so incompetent ...I may have lost my deceased husbands savings - They are operating in provinces they have no license in - causing people to lose their life savings! So sad that I have lost everything since my husbands death and now stand to lose his police pension investment as well due to these people! I can't even seem to find out any information on my investment as no one will answer me! Disgusting!

I bought into 3 Fortress developments. They paid interest for a year or so. But for the last 4 years they have suspended all the payments and I have no idea on when I'll get my investment back. They use their contract to indefinitely suspend the maturity of the investment and water down the interest they promised to pay. If you don't care to lock your investment for many years assuming all the risks of the market then you should take a look at this company otherwise stay away from them.

Don't give them your money. Not even a penny. You will never see it again. If you have invested with them and did not get your money back join the Facebook group "investors of Fortress and BDMC" and connect with other investors who have been wronged.

Does anyone know if any class action is launched? or where to go for our money? :(

Rip off artists!!!!!!!! Gave a one star because there are no minus signs. I would be embarrassed to even say I worked there! An absolute ZERO!

Dont give these guys your money. Shady as they come. Im not sure how these two guys sleep at night taking mom and pops money with no intention of paying it back. RCMP are looking into them. Stay away from Olympia Trust. They are the ones that take your money and give it to these guys. They also use the condo king Brad Lamb. Stay away from all of them. Just do a quick google search and you will find out. Cheers.

Horrible and nightmare investment experience with this company. The buyers have zero protection and they stopped interest payment as they wish without proper communication. Be aware!!

Investors are out a lot of money with these people. They paid extremely high commissions and most projects remain a parking lot!

Do not deal with this organization. Many investors lost their savings. These people are under RCMP investigation.

As an investor, how can I get my money back from them?
