I purchase UPS at lazada and when I rcvd it and noticed its was a problem, I call Neuropower customer service and explain that the unit faulty, I was advise to return the unit to PJ Branch, on 10 Jun I return the unit and was attend by professional Neuropower team. My unit been replace to new good unit on same day and its working perfectly. Thanks again for your great Hospitality and great service, recommended product.

Few days ago, I received the product with problem but after contacted Neuropower they had helped me solved the problem and make an one to one exchange of my problem product too!(I bought a product from lazada and it doesn't function normally. I had whatapps the dealer(OK Store) and guess what? The seller doesn't give a damn about me! Luckily I had contact Neuropower for this problem then only my problem being solved. After so many many many days, the OK store still haven't feedback me yet maybe after product warranty they only will feedback me? Well, I don't know. ) Last but not least, A Big Big problem! Why Google Rating doesn't have 10 stars rating but only 5 stars? They deserved 10 stars for such a good customer service! Anyway, highly recommended for those are still thinking which company's products and service are the best.
