We have received excellent service from Grand Rapids Metrology. When we email with a question or a request for quote, we receive an answer almost immediately. Their knowledge base is tremendous, and they take the time to understand what we do and to understand our processes. This helps in our quest to ensure we are using the appropriate gages for the measurement we seek. We are very satisfied with their work; to the extent that we have transitioned all of our calibrations to GRM exclusively. We highly recommend their services!

Very Poor response for the calibration of procured equipment

Rude service manager, this place is a joke, do not use the service, service man was here for 2 minutes, placed his stick on the scales and left the building, no way did he calibrate the scales properly.STAY AWAY

I manage maintenance at a local factory that depends largely on our scales during production. These guys have kept us up and running since I've been here and before! They show up on time and get the problem solved quickly. They'be always been very informative as well, showing us ways to keep our scales working and accurate longer.

Excellent people to deal with, very competent and responsive. Follow up is excellent. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Be aware, the pricing strategy is to nickle and dime customers with high minimum charges for driving 10 minutes to your site or $117 minimum service charges for anything imaginable plus a host of line item charges for random things. If you can afford to rack up a few hundred dollars every time you call, they'll take good care of you quickly and correctly. It's a premium service level, at a cost.

Called for a technician on Saturday. He was onsite quickly, found the issue and fix it. Very impressed with his capability, and professionalism.

Superb Customer Service! Accommodates rush jobs as needed, delivers and picks up gages for free. Phenomenal people in different areas with longevity within their company too helps.

The staff and service here is nothing short of phenomenal. My go to person is Mike in receiving. Always greets me with a smile and a "How you doing?" Very personable staff and warm atmosphere. I gave them a time frame to accomplish a good portion of work, and they beat expectations. Definitely recommend them for the work they deal with. My experience was Scale Calibration Certifications.
