Efficient. No frills. Driver doesn't necessarily help pick up and carry your suitcase into or off the bus compared to their competition. Be sure to search online for parking coupons. FastTrack is the cheapest (with coupon). Note: Local and airport taxes can be more than the actual parking cost/day!

If you value your car and your belongings do not park here my car window was smashed. Management never responded to email or calls . Very unprofessional business. Use Park and Fly instead at least their security keeps your car from getting broken into.

I made a reservation online, and I had to cancel 12 hours before my scheduled time. I called 8 times only to be hung up on every time, as in they answered without saying anything so I could hear background noise then they hung up after a few seconds. WHAT A JOKE!!

Terrible shuttle service that will have you waiting for a good 30min watching other parking shuttles come and go and back again. terrible customer service at the lot. Renting out spots when they have none. Done with this place for goo .

Shuttle(s) run(s) continuously.
Drive slow in the lot.
It's a good value.

Their confusing Coupon shell game ("No coupons available". I've failed to get a coupon on 3 of 4 visits) on their Website keeps me fron rating them higher.
