The unhealthiest business in Jacksonville. Every time I walk by their public courtyard there are two dozen or more employees smoking cigarettes. The whole area smells like a hookah bar. Apparently some serious stress working inside here.

It appeared I needed to redo the form for each guest. Looking at the map I did not see where we can conveniently park. I called the number listed and it wasn't user friendly. I assume we will be able to pay at the door. I am Ron Mullins. Except for my statements, the form does help with the registration. Start to finish, it took over 5 months to complete the transaction and countless calls (>> 10) to customer service to push the process along. Our experience denotes a conspicuous lack of professionalism that reflects poorly on the TIAA brand.
