I think the idea of this lab is wonderful but advertising part is not honest. My doctor found the results very beneficial so I am very grateful for it! But as of pricing, there is where the problem is. At doctors office I was told the test will cost $170 but after doing the test I got a call from the lab that unless I pay $350 (cash price) for my baby, it will not be processed. So I asked what will be impact with insurance and got an impression that it will be cheaper than cash price so I paid cash price for my baby and went through insurance for myself. I got a bill of $450 for my test couple months later:( the truth is: you will pay at least $350 for cash and I would suggest not to use your insurance because you will end up paying more. I complained to BBB and asked the lab for a price I was promised at the doctors office but the lab declined. I personally will never use this lab again because I felt ripped but if you choose to use it, keep in mind that you will pay at least 3 times more than you were told at the doctors office.
