I am a first time house buyer, to be honest I was a little nervous. After meeting Richard and Fern my nerves where eased. They both were very timely in answering calls. They where very friendly any concerns I had with the property where met with solutions.
They linked in with the developers to see my needs where met.
Richard even answered the phone out of work 9 till 5 hours.
All in all top notch service.
I am now happily in my new home.
