We used David Ball Agencies for purchasing our first home. We chose to look at new build properties on two of their sites and finally chose for a new home at Nansledan. We were involved with David Ball Agencies, Amanda and Marcus over several months while the house was built and we added our finishing touches and changes. They were extremely helpful in assisting us not only purchasing our new home but also putting us in touch with the right companies and people, to do this, including mortgage brokers, solicitors and then those who make a house a home!
