I cannot praise Sheila at David Ball in Newquay highly enough. From our first meeting she was professional, friendly and filled me with confidence. Her advice on pricing my flat realistically and the work that needed doing was helpful. Communication was regular and I was kept up to date with everything in relation to the sale, which took around 6 months from first meeting to completion - about what I had expected.
