Avoid like the plague. Have absolutely no interest in helping out their tenants, instead preferring to sit and ignore emails and point the blame at other people in an attempt to steal all the money they can. The lettings manager refuses to answer basic questions, claiming explicitly that she will not offer solutions to problems which she deems to be "common sense". In her relentless efforts to deny any professional responsibility, she ignores emails and sits idle at her desk claiming that she will not act on an issue that is developing because the landlord has not explicitly told her to do so, even if she knows how to resolve the problem herself. Either she does not actually know what she is doing or she is completely without a care for anyone looking for her opinion. I'm still waiting for an answer to the last email I sent her 28 days ago.
The 1 star that I have given in this review is for Paul who, unlike the others I dealt with, actually seems to have a shred of professionalism and decency and is the only redeeming character within this association.
