I needed some sheet music printed and they helped me out last minute for no charge. They were very responsive when we asked about AC and fans for our room. The management we're definitely customer service oriented (atypically so from what most rehearsal studio staff are like in NY.)

This is a great place for professionals and serious people to practice their music craft. I highly recommend this place because they have private rehearsal rooms available with amplification, drum sets, pianos etc for your use.
