The Beechwood Organization (real estate development company) Review

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Beechwood. Everyone has been exceptionally nice throughout. I bought in Country Pointe Huntington. Laura was great from day one. No pressure and was very informative. Moved in in March and absolutely love it here. I feel like I'm on vacation. Nothing like new construction built to your specifications. All employees of Beechwood, subcontractors, and neighbors are nothing but nice. I can't say enough nice things about Beechwood and how I've been treated. I even wrote a nice letter to Michael Dubb back in September after I signed the contract stating how impressed I was with the organization. I go back to see Laura and Kim in the sales office letting them know how much I love living here. Highly recommend Beechwood for your future home. Has a great reputation and I found that out first hand.

I am one of the first buyers in Country Point Woods at Smithtown. It has be an amazing experience working with the Sales Team, Laura to the Design Team, Roseanne. I am looking forward to living in my new home with no maintenance, a pool with clubhouse and lower taxes.

In January 2017 I set on the path to purchase my very first home. I met Laura in the office when I went to see the model homes. I fell in love with the homes and the customer service. Laura was beyond helpful with this stressful process and made sure everything went smoothly. I am closing on my new home and ready to start my new life at Country Pointe Huntington tomorrow and couldn't be happier!

My husband and I have been casually looking for a home for years. We currently live on the border of Nass/Suff and kept looking in that area. Anything decent was too expensive, and everything we could afford was out of date. We sort of gave up. Then I stumpled upon Country Point Ridge (part of the various beechwood developement locations). It was further out east then we were orignally looking, but the amount of home you get for the price, we couldnt pass it up. We heard millennials (like us) are starting to go further out east for its affordability, and we hope that's the case for resell value later! They're also building a huge retail space nearby, so hopefully that helps too. We initally came for the Hawthorne model, but wound up purchasing the Chelsea II model. All the homes look beautiful online already, but let me tell you, the "wow-factor" when we saw them in person blew us away. It's also nice, because it's like living on private roads since it's tucked away.

We had the pleasure of working with Debra. She was absolutely wonderful; down-to-earth, funny, and not pushy. She also encouraged us to speak with some neighbors, which we did! Everyone we spoke to around the neighborhood was super friendly and seemed very happy and proud of thier home.
This will be our first home and Debra made us feel very comfortable with all of our decisions and gave us some great suggestions (thabks, Debra!!!). Can't wait to move in. Eep! =D

They build beautiful developments but their strong quality is definitely not communication. Have to constantly reach out for updates regarding construction and move in. Every person I speak to gives me a different story. Would not recommend.

I had an issue with lot size that I paid a premium on. Also the project delays due to lack of diligence in build process. I was suppose to close 8/1/2018 and its now 12/6/18. Builder would not respond to my attorney inquiries about sit-down to discuss grievances. When my attorney finally got through they were rude and not customer friendly as sales promised they would be. So disappointed in lack of respect of customer.

About a year ago, during pre-contstruction, I visited Country Pointe Huntington and fell in love with the homes and the location. Shortly after my visit, I reserved a unit. I am now closed and couldn't be happier. The sales and design teams were friendly and helpful. There are always bumps in the road with a purchase like this, but the experience was very positive and my home is very unique. I am excited to live here and thank Beechwood for such a high quality home.

We purchased a D unit at Country Pointe Smithtown from Laura Sporny the sales manager , she and Helen were great !!! a pleasure to deal with , always friendly and helpful as we visit the development to see the progress . Looking forward to moving into this great community .

The most helpful person throughout the whole experience was Laura Spony in the sales center. Purchasing new construction requires alot of detail to work out and can be very stressful . She went over and above to help me out. Always pleasant and responsive with all my concerns.

I purchased a new construction unit from Beechwood over a year ago. to today, i am still dealing with Beechwood customer service. i recently found out that my master bathroom has water leak, the cause is from shower pan, the shower pan was not properly waterproofed during the installment. Beechwood is refusing to address this issue.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish with Beechwood Homes. Laura was extremely helpful every step of the way. She went above & beyond to make the ownership of this beautiful townhouse possible. Thank you to Laura & Beechwood!

My husband and I bought a unit in Country Pointe Woods Smithtown presale from Laura when she was in Huntington. She was professional and helpful. We had a great experience at the Beechwood design center. They were very helpful to us in making design selections for our new home. We have visited the model at Country Pointe in smithtown numerous times to measure for furniture and have been greeted warmly by Laura, by name, each time. We have not looked back and are anxious to get into our new home. We have been watching the progress and are hopeful that we will be able to move in soon.

Visited the new home models in Smithtown was disappointed with the advertised prices. The models have all the upgrades which pushes the price up considerably high.They are charging extra for things that should come with the home at no cost.I wasn t impressed with the quality of the workmanship.The builder is making a lot from the extras charges $180 dollars apiece for one high hat light and the list goes on.
