Enslaves countries by giving loans to (corrupt governments of) developing countries for "economic development", but the IMF never intends for the loan to be paid back, they want to use it as control mechanism once the country can't pay debts (because corrupt gov't stole the loan) in order to force countries to give up natural and political resources and create a siphoning mechanism that only benefit the global ultra elite (Soros, Rotschilds, etc.).
