I had my dad bring in my laptop that had just stopped working! I thought it was going to be way too much money to fix. But these guys fixed my laptop in under an hour for such a good price! If I have anymore problems, I know where I'm going!
Had them run a diagnostic and the did a great job letting me know the steps they took and what they looked at. Unfortunately it looks like I need a new motherboard, but I trust their assessment and they discussed possibly solutions with me, such as contacting the manufacturer for RMA replacement.
I trust their diagnostic and I'd return for any future computer needs.

A fair price and fixed our computer and saved our family photos. Would give more stars if I could for that alone. Plus the guy that helped us was nice and helpful.
These guys were able to diagnose my laptop problem, and help me sort it out at a very reasonable price. I had taken my computer to best buy and they couldn't give me a timeline, and the Geeksquad were completely unhelpful. When I went into RK, they listened to my issue, gave me a good price, were timely and able to help. They also have a great selection of desktops, so when I'm done with this laptop, I can get a sick gaming computer.
RK is a small shop that has its place. Random parts and a niche customer base. Too bad there was nothing for me. The prices were average and maybe a bit high for the used parts. It's definitely not a showroom but a backroom with some racks. The workers were nice enough and knowledgeable. If you are a novice or looking for a standard part, check them out. If you want bargains or cutting edge, I would look elsewhere.

It appeared that my hard drive had died as the computer would not boot. I was interested in upgrading to a used laptop so I called. Kevin could not have been more helpful on the phone, so I went in. I purchased exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and he even threw in the docking station and riser for me. I tend to buy top grade products previously owned, because I feel like I get more bang for my buck. Their service could not have been more helpful with transferring my data and loading specific programs. When I left, I had everything I needed along with the 30 day warranty. But he said if anything went wrong after that, they'd be happy to help me with it. Super super helpful people! Lots and lots of parts in the store, and used laptops, PCS, Etc. My old computer recently died, I decided to go to RK because of the excellent rating. I came in and was greeted by one of the computer engineers. I told him what I wanted in a computer and the price I was willing to pay. They did go a little over but my new computer runs like a dream. I stream videogames, support two flat screens, connect with other mobile devices and other made simple tasks. I am happy.

These guys are the best hardware store you will find around here. Though being realistic, online prices are better. That's just the sad truth. However, if you want the parts now this is the place to go. They offer a decent size selection at a reasonable price. People were friendly and very helpful. I wish the best to this place.

I was recommended by a friend to go here because of the cheap prices to fix a virus, which I had gotten trying to fill out scholarships. I had to go back to the store after the virus was taken off because the volume wasn't working and the screen was displayed upside down. I still left pretty happy because it was so much cheaper than Best Buy, until I noticed a week or two later that there was a small shatter at the top of my brand new hp envy which caused a crack to slowly run all the way down the screen over time. This is my first laptop and I have been nothing but extremely careful, always keeping it in a laptop case and everything. Very upset customer.

The guys here are funny and very knowledgeable. I'm here at least once a month for my lil lady I work for. She's always needing her computer fixed cause she crashes it. These guys will shoot you straight and fix your PC without charging an arm and a leg. This is the only place in town that I take my PCs to and recommend to friends and family.

I have had amazing experiences with this business in the past, which is why I won t give them less than 3 stars, however I just went there to try and purchase a few parts for my system and he tried to sell me a few parts that were grossly overpriced even if they weren t used! An ssd that sells for 140 brand new he tried to sell for 210 dollars and said that was a good deal! A low budget graphics card that sells for about 100 used and 120 on average brand new was 170. And a used OEM graphics card that sells for 400 brand new he was selling for 450 and said it was probably out of my price range, even though I am currently looking for a 500ish dollar gtx 1080. I just don t understand where his amazing and competitive prices went... I understand certain things change prices in the computer hardware industry, but why would anyone buy used parts for higher than you can buy brand new parts that come with warranties. I am very disappointed that I wasted my gas traveling across town to leave empty handed with a story like this..
