No sound proofing at all in the rooms which is bad for both anyone using the studio for any type of recording and sound issues in the neighborhood. I've also been told by people who practice there that the rooms are messy and dingy and leave a lot to be desired, so your money is probably better spent elsewhere.
The owner has zero concern for the health of the neighborhood or his neighbors and has been arrogant and rude to anyone making inquiries.
