Basically functional, but some gear (amps, music stands) needs maintenance. Sound leaks between adjacent rooms--if there happens to be a loud band in a room next to yours, and your group needs to concentrate and/or isn't so loud, that can be a problem. Some colleagues of mine will not use CMS any more because of that. There are good subway lines with stops c. 10 minute walk away.
