City Dash

So incredibly rude! The customer service is terrible!! We work with City Dash quite a bit and you would think they would be more courteous! Every customer service rep. there is rude every time- it never fails.

They have delivered items to us broken- with not so much as an apology- let alone a refund.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE.

Filthy..and the employees are irresponsible..worst delivery company in the country

Was at Walmart location in Milford. Leaving we went into a right lane (no turn on red). A City Dash truck continously honked at is to turn and was on our bunper. Hopefully this does not represent to company as a whole attitude wise.

Driver 116, was going 10mph in a 35-45mph area and was afraid to merge, Also ran a red light. Driver also kept breaking with no one in front of them.
Driver should not be a driver.

The customer service reps. have repeatedly gone above and beyond my expectations even with the hardest of requests. I have grown a very personal relationship with this company and I plan on using them for years to come. Compared to larger companies their service is second to none.

I have been using City Dash as our exclusive courier for the last few years. Customer service reps are always great to work with and deliveries are made to our specifications!

Always courteous and professional to work with! time and time again. I trust them.

I actually look forward to calling this company everyday. the csr's in the office have a great sense of humor and every delivery has been on schedule. It takes alot to impress me and I am impressed enough by their performance to take the time to write this. I highly recommend!

Very good company to use as Courier, box or semi truck and just as good of a place to be employed at. Some communication issues with employment, but that can easily happen anywhere. However, if you pay attention a VERY good place to work for.

This place is a little seedy at night, but we were in and out quick, and back on the road.

Awesome Customer Service at Every Level!!!! Family feel

Our company has been working with City Dash for over a year. Our experience with them has been better than our experience with any other carrier nationwide. I look forward to the company expanding to help service us in more areas! The customer service is top of the line! They give us the best rates and options for different levels of service for every shipment. They respond instantly and they communicate any and all concerns, delays, changes, etc. in a VERY timely manner when quick decisions must be made. They have met all of our needs on every shipment and our customer requests City Dash for ALL of our deliveries because of their service level and the courtesy of the drivers at my customer site. THAT SPEAKS VOLUMES!!!! I would recommend City Dash to any company needing to ship into their customer or for their own deliveries! This outstanding service level starts at the top with their President to the drivers that make the deliveries!

I have this weird thing that bothers me about fake reviews. Examples you ask? Sure!

William Taylor wrote a negative review and it was actually well written and made a lot of sense. The issue? A simple Google search of his Linkedin page has him working at the UPS Store downtown. See where I am going with this? Why would the manager of the UPS Store use a courier service such as City Dash? William says "I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE", well, I don't doubt that William, seeings how you work for a direct competitor.

Philip Castellini wrote a negative review as well. Do I even need to explain this one? You're telling me a guy happens to have the same exact name as the owner of our beloved Cincinnati Reds (which is an extremely rare name) happens to write a Google review for a local company? Give me a break, who did you speak with? George Washington? Please...

The last negative review is so profanity ridden I don't even know how to address it. So I won't. I will say however disgruntled ex employees should take a look at their own lives before blaming others for their issues.

Now that thats out of the way I would like to give my thoughts as an actual customer of City Dash. Our company uses City Dash on quite literally a daily basis. We have our own fleet of trucks but supplement our shipping needs with them all the time. I always find their customer service reps very polite and we have also gotten to know quite a few of the drivers over the years, all of them very friendly. As far as price they are always competitive and we know on a daily basis what we are being charged, there are never nasty surprises.

Have we had issues with them? Absolutely! I would be a blatant liar to say otherwise. Am I confident we would have 10x the issues with another courier? Absolutely! I can say that at the end of the day I always feel as if City Dash has our companies best interests in mind which is why we continue to use them. They are fair, consistent, and fix problems when they come up, not really sure what more you could need in a courier service.

Simply the best people, focused on providing the best service. Happy customer for over 20 yrs!

City Dash is our preferred courier service. We depend on their services to execute requests of our clients. They are professional and ready to help. They are great for last minute requests and are extremely reliable.

We have been trusting our coffee to City Dash for several years. We can count on their service to be fast and courteous. When we have a special request, they always take care to understand and fulfill our needs.

We have used City Dash for almost 3 years now. They are fantastic. Rates are competitive, always on time, drivers are professional. Would not use any other courier service.
