Great location with a cozy atmosphere and good service

I wish someone would complain about this location! I love it!! Lucas is the new gm Nd he s awesome. This location has Jeanette l, Rachel, nd I forgot the other blonde girl name is (she worked today) she s awesome. I feel so welcomed Nd they know EXACTLY what I want they literally just ask hot or cold that is so awesome!!! The location is clean friendly upbeat Nd always a smile to welcome you. Truly can t go to another location bc they all can t compare. Bonus is they actually fill your cups up Nd not w ice either like hellO lol. I d give 9 stars. Only thing I :(( is the older pretty lady cashier NEVER gives out the surveys like hellO a $1 off please but she is nice. I appreciate them all for keeping me awake w great coffee Nd conversation.

I only order online so I run in fast and leave faster, always on point and order correct, thanks y'all Oh and I love their app, they actually let you choose your rewards!

The lady with Short brown hair is very rude at this location that worked Tuesday 7/21/20 around 2:50pm

I love coffe, I can drink it strong black or sweet . but I expect to get what I order whatever that might be. I order a macciado with caramel to add sweet, what I got here was less than half a coffee and not at all the caramel sweet that I expected. If I pay for the full cup of coffee the least I expect is to get a full cup. I basically got less than half a cup. Smh disappointed in these stablisment.

As a Minnesota gal living in the Middle East, I love the fact we have Caribou so I can support a MN Company. But it isn't even close to the Caribous here. And this one is the best! Rachel is amazing! What a fantastic attitude and gorgeous personality, not to mention she's excellent at what she does! PLEASE send her to Bahrain and the rest of the Middle East to train them properly! I will miss her and the rest of the staff in this store when I fly back next week!!!

Excellent customer service and good food and coffee

The major downfall is the atmosphere, being in a mall.

One of the best caribou s I ve ever been too! The staff was super friendly, the service was fast and easy, and as always the drinks were amazing.

Probably the nicest group of workers I have even had at a Caribou. They seemed to actually enjoy their job and were super friendly and engaging. The store was well kept and super clean and is actually a nice space to just hangout very large and not overcrowded with furniture like some stores.

The Baristas while super friendly barely seem to know how to make the drinks, I often buy coffee for my staff and the number of times I am told the receipt printer is broken or acting up and that they have no other way to look up or print a receipt is getting ridiculous , have never had a problem at any other location. Will be going to other locations from now on.

Great and fast service, and of course awesome coffee!

I use to come to this location DAILY!! Always had a great experience when Jeanette is working. Still miss Mary though. The manager Aj was legit HOWEVER today after almost 2 years at this particular location I will NOT be back. I went in this morning and had a new employee UNFRIENDLY at that take my order. She was rolling her eyes Nd being smug when asking me what I wanted. This older lady knew exactly what she was doing bc the minute a caucasian lady came in she was very pleasant w her. I m 40 years old Nd well aware of who is being funny what hurt me the most was when Lucas asked me what s wrong (bc you can see it in my face that something happen) I told him lady was rude Nd he replied no she s not she s amazing yeah no no she s not unless you re probably white. The looks she gave me made so UNCOMFORTABLE I WILL NOT GO BACK ND NEITHER WILL MY FRIENDS OR SPOUSE!!! A slap in the face the nearly $5700 (1 EVERYDAY/sometimes 2large turtle mochas) that s $360 a month) spent there to be told what I m feeling isn t even being validated or questioned. I m from California I KNOW when someone even of color are acting unprofessional at work. The stars are for Jeanette and Raquel bc they honestly are awesome they DONT TREAT ANYONE DIFFERENTLY the employee that shouldn t be near customers is Tee Monay or Tee Moneeay I m not sure. Disappointed to say the least. Ugly attitude towards other minority s isn t ideal as an employee. I am almost positive she thought she was not going to hear about this thus her acting in such a manner confidentially. NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE EVER AT THIS LOCATION LIKE NEVER!!!

Batista gave us attitude and seem to not want to help us. Also made us feel " uncomfortable " as well .

I used to wonder about the customer service here (maybe because new employees were being trained in) but Carolyn, who usually greets you and takes your order on weekdays, is truly pleasant. Good study atmosphere. Sad that it closes at 8:30pm though, for study purposes.

I love the green tea lemonade with a half slash of raspberry. It's great with vodka as well

Awful service with no care to detail, especially with dairy allergies. Ruined my work day because they failed to care for the severity of my allergy. Seriously considered vomiting up my drink. Already didn't like Caribou. Never coming again.

Female barista literally poured out a large portion of my blended coffee when I reminded her about the whip cream and the temperature in the store felt colder than outside. We tried sitting next to the fireplace to enjoy our drinks while reading, but got so chilled we had to leave. The male barista there was very nice and appreciated is letting him know how cold it was in there.

It takes a great deal to get five stars from me, and Barristress, Franken, gets five stars for GENUINE, civility and concern for her guests, another host(male) gets at least four aswell. The only reason for no five stars is, I can't recall (that is a linering feeling of bad service) if there used to be something not quite right at this establishment or not.

Great Staff/Great Coffee Cooler that tasted like a Frappuchino! Yum!

Went in during the morning rush. I was in Caribou about 5 to 10 minutes.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! They had the best service!! They didn t do anything wrong, they did everything perfectly! They gave me the best smoothie I ve ever had! It was delicious! Thank you SO much it was great service! Thank you!!!!

Caribou is my favorite for coffee shops. The rewards program is generous.

Huge fan of this place. Recommend the Turcle Mocha drinks and the BlackBerry Tea.

This location is always clean and feels cozy. The workers here are always nice and welcoming. It's also peaceful and quiet on weekdays/week nights. I love coming here when I'm in need of some coffee. One of my favorite go-to caribou location.

Great Caribou location with awesome service and vibe. Not too crowded, not too quiet. Grab lunch at Chipotle next door on the way out :)

Got a hot drink when I ordered a blended. Lucas didn t blink an eye. He made a new AND gave me the first one free. This guy deserves a promotion.
