They were very unprofessional and don't know what their clients requirement.they took 3 interview rounds and then they forwarded my profile to the client for the screening(without knowing the client requirements) i keep on coordinating with them for client round but after few days they told me that client requirements has been changed so we can proceed further. Do not trust these cheap kinds of small companies who doesn't have any ethics.

In this company seniors are from cheap call centre background and their behaviour is so bellicose that they treat their resources as servants. Although HR department also favours to them as they are belaud and close friends. On less salary join other company is much better than to think to join this worst company which even not pay salary on time. Only one project it have and nothing other that you can be allocated.
I have worked in Unicode Systems for about 1.5 years. Had a great time working with the team and management. If you talk about Amit Srivastava, he has a good approach towards work and employees. His reasonings are satisfying and justified.
If I get a chance to work again, i will definitely make a comeback.
