pathetic....staff service was pathetic....they dont even deserve a single star.....never ever visit this oyo

Place is very clean, staff is nice but need to improve service

No towels and slippers were provided. Phone in the room was not working so it became a headache to reach the service staff for everything. On top of that you need to remind them many times for a simple task. And the worst part was there was no water supply in the washroom. It was a complete nightmare.

Room Was not clean,when we entered in the room.garbage in dustbin was not taken out and weird smell is in the room.

Bed is very poor and rooms are very very small and room service is very worst.

Great stay despite it was newly open,kitchen not operational yet, easy to commute, great staff, you may wait for the room for some time they prepared the room same time

It was dirty and in filthy condition, Geyser was not working, telephone was not working, dirty floor, bathing kit unavailable, dental kit unavailable, rooms were very small in size, bed was also very small..

location is to good and staff was nice with friendly environment and best service thanks Oyo to give us good facilities which we required with kind of staff

Good hotel, new hotel, but breakfast is the place where you can go to the hotel, just visit the hotel.

Pathatic service and room also not senitize and every were lady hair found washroom without tissue paper room also not well dressed did not recive oyo welcome kit after telling every thing to manager they did not taken any action after all i have to check out after 5hrs

Water is not available whole day. Tv was not working .

Food does not come on time, you have to be reminded many times for everything. Bathroom accessories were missing. You should keep room freshner and bathroom slippers.

I personally liked this hotel, staff was good and the looks they gave the hotel was fabulous. But i am giving it a 4 star as cleanliness was not upto the mark as i found junks of hair flying inside the room which was a turn off and the rooms were pretty small. But ill love to go there again coz these problems could be solved. Bike parking space was available and one or two cars could be parked there. Wine shop was nearby and food shops too. Overall it was good.

Wonderful hotel and the location of this hotel is awesome just near at nawada metro station and the room keeping staf are very cooperative . specially sumit urf ghanshyam and the receptionist mam and boy are too good to manage your guest I was booked this hotel for 3 days ,! And they behave like family members
