Building is nice unfortunally management is worthless! Elena should be fired immediately.She is very disrespectful to the owners, never answers calls and abuse staff all the time
The apartments are expensive and the reception is hostile. They will act super nice and polite but then they will send the pizza guy upstairs without calling you. But I'm not even mad about the calling, the elevator keys serve no purpose anyway so.. glad I moved out.
I ve met 3 different front desk individuals and none of them provide any type of customer service. We said hello to each of them and two out of three said nothing and looked back down on their phone.
Not the service I d like to have living or visiting here.

lived here for a few months and honestly the staff was super nice back then but then managment changed not sure why and it all went down hill but i mean the parking guys are most of the time cool but definetly over priced

They don't enforce mask policies, and there's a lot of people coming in for air BNB rentals, not wearing masks anywhere. the staff don't seem to care, they'll risk their own health and that of the paying residents just to make some air bnb out of town folk happy. disappointing.
