Good place to get drill bits in all sizes and also high quality tools.

We've been trying to contact this company for nearly a month by Email and phone to get a quote and place an order, however got no answer (from Michael, Angie, Jep) whether they can supply us with their tools or not. Emails and voicemails were ignored, telephone calls were either on hold or rejected. Absolutely shocking attitude.

I always get what I pay for from BATS! I can't think of a negative thing to say about this company - If I've got any questions, I can call and talk to an expert (Jep) who knows what I'm talking about even if I don't and he really knows BATS inside and out.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER - STAY CLEAR OF THESE GUYS
Purchased a $2000 rivet gun from these guys and 2 month later the tool a part on the run broke and I called these guys to get it resolved. They identified the part and said it would take 2-3 weeks to get the part shipped to me since its a Desoutter and its a special order part. I told them it was fine. They placed the order. 4 weeks later no part. I called Brown Tool, they told me they will ship it out "today". Another 2 weeks, still no parts. Called again, this time was placed on several very long HOLDS, and was asked to leave a message for Angie. Next day I try again, finally after several hours of attempting to reach "Angie" she answers and say that they somehow lost the part and need to reorder it again. 4 weeks later still no part. Fast forward, its been 10 months, still no part, a $2000 tool is laying on my desk, inoperable. Called over 200 times in this 10 month period. STAY CLEAR AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Ordered over $600 US in tools three weeks ago, money has transferred but no contact from them. All but one of my emails requesting an update on my order have gone unanswered. Seems like another US company to be weary of.

Great tools. I ve tested them at a maintenance facility and I ve had them for a couple years now used daily with no problems. Great friendly place to go in and check out their tools
