Six printers in 4 months, all with cartridge cannot detect errors, some new and some refurbs. Company is not interested in keeping customers happy, just keep sending out malfunctioning units in place of malfunctioning units. Worse than HP. They dont want to talk to you.

I have had Epson & Canon before a Brother printer, and I can honestly say that Brother's was the best I got. The model I have is MFC470DW. It runs well and is great for long term. I love their products !
I must commend Brother's customer support. For so reason my laptop would no longer print wirelessly? My brothers printer is more than 2 years old. I called brother's customer service and they were very helpful and I am able to print thanks to Brother's customer support.

Wifi printer randomly disconnects from wifi, then it takes an hour to reset. Phone support is awful as is website. If you can avoid brother, you should.
Good product. Just a shame the very worst customer service. There is a reason they make corp phone number hard to find and hide there email address. Guess would get to many.
