Good product. Just a shame the very worst customer...

Good product. Just a shame the very worst customer service. There is a reason they make corp phone number hard to find and hide there email address. Guess would get to many.
At least get a simple answering machine. Even if it would take them a month to call you back. Otherwise plan on being on hold for over an hour. Could be much longer. I just gave up.
No other way to contact unless you have 8 hours to waste. No email or voicemail.
