I have a Brother Scan n Cut DX and have had issues with the scanning(user error). I called twice, both times I spoke with Emily. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and solved my issues. Her customer service rocks.

Purchased a Brother MFC-L2740DW. Error message DIFX Driver Package Installer error =10. Brother tech support-contact the computer company (not the first Brother we own-printer should work). Three days later-still does not work. Called corporate-"We'll let Japan know". Brother has no interest in supporting their product. Buy from anyone else but Brother. If I could give zero stars I would.

Six printers in 4 months, all with cartridge cannot detect errors, some new and some refurbs. Company is not interested in keeping customers happy, just keep sending out malfunctioning units in place of malfunctioning units. Worse than HP. They dont want to talk to you.

Bought a Brother 4-in-1 printer to replace an olde...

Bought a Brother 4-in-1 printer to replace an older one we had. Ended up with their MFC-L6700DW model. Once we has set it up, it immediately started tearing documents we put in the feeder (including important legal documents). Tried to get help from their "Live Assistance" help screen, the person just fed me a lot of bulls**t about "try this, try that." It appears to be a bad design, just one feed roller vs. three on our old Brother machine. Unless they replace this with one that actually works as advertised, that was the last Brother product we ever buy!

The SQ1985 is garbage. Don't buy it because it is defective. I bought the first one in January at Walmart in valley Stream NY, the machine had several problems. I returned it and purchased another since I loved the embroidery features. In Aug I opened the box to use it and the bobbin had threading problems. While stitching the thread gathered under the garment and the top stitch never occurred. It is tied up in the sewing machine repair in queens waiting for parts. $200. down the drain. garbage. Shame on you for selling machines that are not tested. I want my money back to buy a machine that works, NOT BROTHER.

My MFC-J491DW/MFC-J497DW has been totally useless from when I first bought it - I cannot get it to power up and I have tried re-installing from the software disc and nothing happens - I wish I have never bought it!!!

Bought a printer and have been trying for two week...

Bought a printer and have been trying for two weeks to buy replacement ink. Tried emailing, calling several times, and nobody ever answers. Apparently only one department can solve for an incorrect billing issue. I don't see how organizations like this survive when the simplest of tasks cannot be handled.

I have had Epson & Canon before a Brother printer, and I can honestly say that Brother's was the best I got. The model I have is MFC470DW. It runs well and is great for long term. I love their products !

I must commend Brother's customer support. For so reason my laptop would no longer print wirelessly? My brothers printer is more than 2 years old. I called brother's customer service and they were very helpful and I am able to print thanks to Brother's customer support.

Is there a lower rating I could provide? Since going to a Brother multi-function 3 years ago, the list of problems grows. Note that it's not one printer, it's all three I've bought. Too many problems to list, but to give you an idea of how this company abuses its customers, I'll just give you my experience today. Call to resolve an issue at 11am, during down time from meetings. I figured two hours was plenty.

After holding for 22 minutes, a woman named Christine answers the call, asks me for my first name three times (I gave it to her all three times), she then says "In the interest of providing quality customer service, I'm disconnecting this call." Click.

I call back. Hold for 17+ minutes. A woman from sales answers. "Sorry, I'll transfer you to support.". Support gets on the line eight minutes later. Guy says, "Sorry for your problems, but I do hardware, I'm transferring you to a software specialist." It's now been another 30 minutes since that transfer. It's now 1:17 minutes later, and I've yet to speak to anyone who can actually do the job.

That's just trying to get support. Try using their crappy printers within the constraints of their productive capability. Junk. Almost enough to drive me back to HP.

Good product. Just a shame the very worst customer service. There is a reason they make corp phone number hard to find and hide there email address. Guess would get to many.
At least get a simple answering machine. Even if it would take them a month to call you back. Otherwise plan on being on hold for over an hour. Could be much longer. I just gave up.
No other way to contact unless you have 8 hours to waste. No email or voicemail.

Worst service ever, even Chinese printers work bet...

Worst service ever, even Chinese printers work better and have better customer services. I got a printer few months ago and now its not printing black ink. They are ready to take this matter in court but not give me service as i was promised at the time of purchase, even stopped replying to my emails. Even when I was talking to them, they were unable to write properly, extremely poor grammar, communication skills and customer satisfaction ability. They have gone as far as to deny that my product is in warranty that too in written. As its not, it will make a good case in our local consumer court. Now I'm purchasing epson printer and will make a point by not paying a single penny to fix it. This product was a total waste of money.

A word of advice, not a product for daily consumers. Not sure about the other countries but its not for Indian Market unless they make dramatic changes in there customer services.

This is the only company I'm not satisfied with in my entire life.

I bought one of the Design N Cut machine last Janu...

I bought one of the Design N Cut machine last January. Got 3 projects cut. The rest of the time I have spent trying to the the machine to work. That would be 11 months!! Software communication issues and glitches. Reached out to customer service but that was only a circle of frustration. They said it will be an issue with the router. No other equipment we own has issues with internet connectivity. No, not the router. Then said I needed to upgrade my software. Installed two updates that solved the issue for maybe a week. Asked for a refund and told they don't do that. Was offered another machine but they must have my credit card first. I used to think Brother was a good product. This is one customer you have lost for life!!!!!!
