Bought a printer and have been trying for two week...

Bought a printer and have been trying for two weeks to buy replacement ink. Tried emailing, calling several times, and nobody ever answers. Apparently only one department can solve for an incorrect billing issue. I don't see how organizations like this survive when the simplest of tasks cannot be handled.
