Cody stephans was such a helpful car salesman. Got us in a brand new Nissan rouge. Came for an older model left with the Same price range and a newer car. I couldn't be happier. After 2 weeks of car dealerships and not being happy I'm over the moon. I recommend them to anyone. You won't be disappointed 10/10

He was fantastic to work with and will no doubt be a future customer again!

Great dealership. Fun and lively atmosphere, and their price on my certified used 2017 Nissan Titan XD (Cummins diesel) was the best price in a 500 mile range. I drove from Michigan to Ohio to visit this dealership. They were a bit low on the trade in, but that's probably pretty typical. And they did come up a couple hundred over KBB instant cash offer, after some tough negotiations. Even if they didnt, their low price more than made up for it. I turned a 3K negative equity situation into 2K positive equity, and that's not easy to do. LEVI SHARP was my salesman and he did an outstanding job. I wish I lived closer so that I could use them for service as well. When its time to get another Nissan, I will gladly make the 4 hour trip to visit them again!

I made an appointment with Richard Slifer to look at purchasing my very first brand new car, when I arrived everyone was so nice and willing to help, it was such an amazing experience, especially because they were so kid friendly being I had my 3 y/o son with me! He was a great salesperson and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied in every way. The title guy whose name eludes me at the moment was very efficient also. Ok.. they said the car was never in an accident.. Carfax proved otherwise.. we had another financial institution s bank check in hand ( this was BEFORE we had car fax update on the vehicle stupid us for believing them) and at the last minute they wanted to do a credit check? And as soon as we arrived to just talk about the vehicle? Another salesman ran out and said quote verbatim Oh don t buy this car.. I have some one coming in to look at it Monday!! I was so downtrodden that I will never do business with car dealers in general ever again . Ever.

Me and my husband recently went here to trade in our truck and ended up getting a Nissan Altima which is awesome and the ride is very smooth and nice. Josh Johnson salesman helped us out and was awesome. He showed us 3 models of the Altima and he got us in the right one for the right price. There are two things that made my experience exceptional
One: Nissan company itself. Being a young foreign professional without significant credit history I faced difficulties in getting approvals from financial services of other brands but not Nissan. Add to the fact that the car itself is loaded with features and drives wonderfully and I got the best I could hope for
Two: the people and customer service at Nissan Boardman specifically. I was greeted by Rex, who patiently took down all my requirements, and pulled out a single car that met my needs. And after I finalized it put personal effort to make me an amazing deal that was acceptable for me without the usual back and forth. Even when I drove away the car he called and emailed regularly to make sure I was happy with the car and everything was going smooth.
I would recommend everyone to go to this dealership to get excellent cars with excellent customer care. Cheers!

I'm very disappointed with the service I received today. I drove my car from Warrensville heights Ohio to Bordman .My car had one problem a brake sensor light . I get on the highway to drive home, I reach 65mph and the car slips into neutral. I manage to exit and the car jumps out of gear in traffic. I call back to service center, after explaining the issue and that I'm stranded I'm told it's my responsibility to pay for the tow. My car was QUIET and ran properly .now it goes into gear on it's on and jumps out on it's on . I'm grateful to be alive this evening .There was no concern or customer service exhibited towards me and my situation

This place is horrible they ran my cedit 6 times and when I asked them 3 times not 6 but then I call and they try blame the banks pulling it more times and the service was terrible and new chance is more like more blow smoke up your butt

I live nearest to Sims Nissan in Warren, OH. I was leasing a car, 2019, that would not start one morning while getting girls to school. SIMS told me they could not get the car in until 3 weeks, and had no loaner. I have have gotten 6 cars from there between all my family members and they were not a3ccommodating whay so ever. BOARMAN NISSAN, HOWEVER, was fantastic!! I called Rick and he took me right in. He also found two recalls that he fixed for me. He told me if parts would take a bit to come in, he would loan me a vehicle as well. I was very impressed. When my lease is up on my and my mother's cars, we are going to Boardman Nissan. Never going back to SIMs Nissan. Thank you Rick at Boardman Nissan!!

Two years ago, my daughter recommended I go visit an old friend she knew named Wesley Collier, at Boardman Nissan to purchase a vehicle. I wanted another car so my daughter suggested that I visit Wesley at Boardman Nissan, for help. My credit was improving but was not where it should be to purchase a new vehicle. With Wesley s help and the credit building, financing program available at Boardman Nissan, I was able to purchase new, 2019 Nissan Rogue S AWD. As before, Wesley did a phenomenal job getting the financing in place and getting all the paperwork done so I was able to leave with my new car.
