I bought a Sim at a 1.5G shop for 10 euros. Apart from that there is everything there on three floors and it is worth walking around and being impressed, there is no such thing in Israel.

The Klick & Collection angwbot during Corona is really underground. 70 minutes before the end you are told that you are no longer allowed to queue. However, the security is nice.

Favorite Saturn store!
If I need something from Saturn, the one on Alex is my number one.
First of all, the size is class. 3 floors with huge selection. Also the staff is very nice. If you're tech-savvy, great store to spend time.

Friendly & knowledgeable staff. We were traveling Berlin & had to go back couple of times after purchasing the item. Service was excellent of Saturn Alexanderplatz outlet. On the contrary it was extremely bad service from Saturn in Mall of Berlin near Potsdamer Platz. The staff didn't replace a faulty product bought 1day ago from Saturn Alexanderplatz saying Saturn return policy said so. Upon asking to show such policy he couldn't. Also said that Saturn in Mall of Berlin had a different owner than one in Alexanderplatz. I had to rush in 30min to Saturn in Alexanderplatz for replacing. There again very considerate staff attended my problem & apologized for inconvenience. Saturn as a company needs to listen this review & ensure that return policies are followed in every outlet.

In principle, a very likeable, good store like Media Markt too, they also belong together. And just like at Media Markt there is unfortunately no good customer service and exchanges and returns are very cumbersome and they want long explanations as to why and why you want to exchange or give something back and this customer unfriendliness in general leads you to buy online at companies where you don't have to undergo interrogation if you want to give something back for no reason. I left my Brother printer cartridge for recycling when I bought a new printer cartridge in the Saturn store, and I forgot an important technical part of the printer cassette unit there. It is NOT possible to call an employee of the department to save the important functional part from loss! At 6.45 pm the woman from the head office tells me that the employees are all getting ready for the end of the day, and that is why they no longer pick up the phone, even though the shop doesn't close until 8 pm. "Just come over!" says the funny woman. Because: Calling the store directly has not been possible for years!
This anti-service drives people online to buy - because I don't get any service there either - only cheaper. I will no longer buy from Saturn or the sister market Merdia and I have left thousands of euros there over the years. You can get the original printer cartridge there by almost 40 euros cheaper! There were lots of electronics and some appliances. Quite a big variation.

It is very big with a lot of choice. The most anime DVD corner excited me. It's worth it to go in there. And no matter how crowded it is, there are always enough cash on hand so you do not have to wait too long. For me, it's one of Saturn's best stores.

This is a electronics product shop located at Alexandarplatz of Berlin. It's a good shop and price is competitive. Staffs are also good.

I had never see such a large variety of electronic products in any other store before.

Went for a hard drive failure in my laptop. They "fixed it" but then it stopped working. Come to find out that they dropped a loose screw inside it and decided to use one of their own screws to tighten one of the components. This, of course, short-circuited my laptop and fried my motherboard. The repair service tried to claim that it wasn't their fault and suggested that I buy a new laptop from their store.
