What a horrible company! Ordered two frying pans in early November, one arrived after a week, then heard or seen nothing more. Every few days I send an email, there is no response, I try to call several times, I don't get anyone on the phone, no matter how early I call, always the message: "too busy, try another time." Shameful that this can go unpunished in the Netherlands.
Funny that I got a response to a review that I wanted to post on their site. The response would be inappropriate. I then responded that I thought it was fantastic that they did respond to it but did not bother to finally deliver the article.

Pity.
You get a pan that will break down in no time. Fortunately, you get a new one, but a different type. Then it will rust after a few uses. With a complaint email to BK you will hear nothing at all ...

What thieves. Ordered a number of pans on 10 June, one of which was not delivered without further notice. More than 2 months have now passed and the amount of the pan that has not been delivered is still not on my account.

Sadly bad service, only allowed to receive a response after 2 months. Already solved in a different way with the shop itself. Is actually not even worth 1 star

All reviews below are correct. Casserole ordered on 25.12.2020 and still nothing received. There is absolutely no one to get on the phone, emails are not answered and never called back.
We plan to pay a visit to Wateringen soon with a number of customers who have been deceived.

Bought a set of 5 pots of which 1 is not good. Reported to BK via e-mail with photos. Receive a response stating that I will receive a new pan under the warranty after showing proof of purchase. Sent neatly together with address details. After 3 weeks, still nothing seen and no response to mail. Tried by phone and after sitting on hold for 20 minutes I am casually told that no new pan is sent. In the future I would rather spend my money on pans from another manufacturer that DOES provide service when a product is not good. It is a pity that you have to give at least 1 star in these situations because they are not worth it.

Part of our order was not delivered. After the first call they seemed to solve the problem. Called again a week later and they knew nothing about it. Eventually, after 4 calls and 2 extensive emails, we received our order.

if I had known in advance that the conical line was so difficult to maintain, I would not have done it. these pans are barely 3 months old. very ugly haze on the bottom of the pans .. the company where I had bought it had been in contact with the "supplier" .. it is said to clean with vinegar. now I am stuck with a stinky kitchen every time because I have to treat the stains of those pans .. can't it be for that price? I didn't even have that with my old (cheap) pans .. really worthless with a worthless solution

After buying pans, with an offer of 1 plus 1 for free, they just send 1 pan off. Then they are not available by phone or email.

BK's best service is in bold on the website. As far as I am concerned, they can take it off immediately. Don't respond to email and just don't answer the phone. And they have been around since 1851!

BK called for advice on cleaning a lid from the Conical series. There were stains on the lid that could not be removed with stainless steel cleaner without the lid becoming dull from sanding. On request I sent the lid and to my surprise I got a new lid! BK thanks for the good service

DRAMA!
I ordered the product on November 9th and the delivery time would be 3-5 days. Now it's a month later and it's still not there! Calling and emailing with Cookware is of no benefit at all!

Do not order !!! I have been waiting for my pans from December 6. Scammers !!!!

almost a month later and still not received the order. No response via email; Also called several times and heard more than 20 minutes of "music" but no possibility to ask where the order is. In the meantime they have received the money for almost a month. Shameful the way they work at BK Cookware. Will I still have to go there to make a story ????

Unfortunately, we can also place ourselves in the list of drama experiences. Ordered pans, 1 of which was broken on arrival. Emailed, filled out the contact form and called 6 times, disconnecting each time after 15 minutes. Never had any reaction, never spoken to anyone and we are left with a broken pan. Never had such a bad experience with a company.

Order placed on October 28 partly received to a pan set, sateuse and frying pan still not received. Called and emailed several times. Often not available and mail is not answered. Several times the promise that the remainder will be delivered, but still not received. Reviews on their site that are critical will not be posted. What a bagger place. I have bought everything but still can't cook because I don't have a set of pans (switch from gas to induction), not nice for a family of 6 people. This company is no longer credible to me. Been buying on the internet for over 20 years and this is the worst experience ever.

after more than a month the order is still incomplete. this business is chaotic up to and including, be warned! Incidentally, they can only be reached to a very limited extent by telephone, e-mail is rarely answered.

Wrong pans ordered, my mistake. Asking if I could exchange the pans (unpacked and new in the box), I get a big mouth from the 'lady' of the 'customer service'. When I said madam let's go about stopping and disconnecting, she called me back cursing.

Already 2 weeks ago I ordered a pan via web store. No pan, no track & trace code, telephone is always out of order. Leave a message on FB page - no response. Message sent via company website, no response. It is a scam!

Lousy customer service, they also represent Gero and I emailed them three times with the same question about a Gero product. Never had an answer. If you are never going to respond to customer questions, just get all your contact details from the site and add an honest message: don't ask us anything because we don't care about you as a customer.

Pan lid ordered and paid of course on 14-11-2020. Sent an email after 2 weeks where the order remains. Answer: sorry problems in the warehouse, you will receive a tack & trace code within 5 days. That was already 2 weeks ago. No more response to e-mail, telephone is not answered. Very bad service. I am going to call in legal assistance or call the till. A disgrace!!!!

When ordering a pan with a lid, only the lid was sent. Furthermore, no communication, no track & trace codes, no answer to mail and the phone is not answered (it is outside the time that the tape indicates that they are closed).

PAY ATTENTION!!!!! DO NOT ORDER !!!!! Poor Quality Pans and Very Poor Customer Service !!!!! Have been trying to get in touch with the company by email and phone for months, but no reply !!!
