A small organization I belong to had an event here...

A small organization I belong to had an event here during the day in the summer. It was very nice, and the grassy area in the back was pleasant. Parking is a little tricky, but there is a small parking lot in the back, and street parking.

Great little spot with indoor / outdoor space for events. Lo-fi with high quality output in terms of the party or event you might have. Really liked the location and they're ability to accommodate good trucks and other small vendors. Would use for a personal or team event.
