I really enjoy working here. Since day one they made me feel welcomed and like they wanted me to be there. The trainers work together to insure that I am ready for success in my position. HR has a open door policy and is willing to help in any way they can. I really appreciate the opportunity to work for NTC. It has been a great experience so far.

Worked here for a little while years back. Was a really strange place. They keep a low profile. I wasn't even sure it was a real business. Lots and lots of temps there-- made it seem like a kind of training/simulation. I don't know any that lasted very long. NTC took criticism during the mortgage crisis for lots of RoboSigning or employees signing forms as vice presidents of lenders. They also have close ties to the Church of Scientology.
Nationwide Title Clearing does not just train employees, they grow executives. There is specialized on the job training for each position and employees are encouraged to train in other areas and learn more about the mortgage industry.
The management listens to issues and helps the employees while still maintaining a fair and ethical workplace.
Quality is a requirement for the work that is produced, however if an employee is struggling with their quality, the management help get the employee back on track and help them to become better.
Like any company NTC puts it's clients first, but does not lose sight of the importance of the employees who help create the high quality products our clients have come to expect. The company has monthly games and encourages teamwork.
I have worked for great companies before, but the senior executives at NTC are down to earth and don't treat anyone as less than equal. They lead with the idea that all employees can succeed and want only that from the staff. They mentor and teach and that mentality flows down through all levels of management.
Working at NTC has been a wonderful learning experience, and I continue to learn and grow as a person each day that I am there.
Read reviews and about the company as well. I just placed my application and resume today. I am hoping to be able to be apart of A company with potential for growth. Spoke with a lady from HR today, she was VERY nice and informing. Pleasant experience thus far. Nicole Cormier
NTC is a great place to be employed. I have worked at NTC for over a decade and have witnessed the immense strides ownership has made over the years to make this company the best in the area today. We take the time to celebrate the successes of each area of the company when goals are achieved; doing this creates a positive atmosphere throughout the company. The work culture is fun and production games are played with the employees. Games result in prizes if they are won for the entire company. There s always something going on for the staff here. There are free lunches, company swag giveaways, movie nights, company picnics, free gym membership, and other events to keep our team engaged. NTC also has a strong sense of community, I feel like we re doing a charity event every month out of the year for local areas around our facility.
The managers in the company are responsible for creating advancement paths for employees who excel on their positions. This gives all employees the opportunity for promotion. NTC is in a constant state of improvement, good ideas and creativity are encouraged from all employees. We place our attention on creating efficiencies to improve processes and increase productivity. Our training here is phenomenal and built for new team members to truly succeed. New team members are worked with very closely and NTC makes sure they re truly ready before sending them out to work with their production teams. There are yearly training seminars and new training seminars are introduced regularly. NTC s attention to quality and training gives them the ability to deliver superior products to their client base.
NTC is a great place to work. In the past four years I have had the chance to work my way up from a temp employee to a manager. The company paid training is a great asset to those that wish to learn more about the mortgage industry and excel in their area of expertise. The chief and executive teams all give great support to everyone; the work environment makes you feel like a valued employee.
There are many jobs out there for employment opportunities, yet the opportunity of NTC is a career. No company is perfect, but it is those that strive to be, create greatness, and I can truly say that NTC constantly takes steps in the More
Worst place imaginable to work. Do not apply here unless you want to deal with scheming sketchy behavior from HR. One of the worst places I have worked in all my years.
I have known of NTC for the past 18 years and have worked here for the past 6 years. They have always maintained a very high standard, produced excellent products and contribute above and beyond to the community. I am proud to tell people where I work!
Greetings, I am an Independent Researcher/Abstractor servicing clients from all over the USA! I have been working with NWTC for almost 20 years in UTAH and have NEVER had one bad experience with them. I have gotten to know many of their employees and have developed an incredible relationship with them all. They are very professional, organized and demand the best Vendors available thru-out this great Nation of ours.... and I am honored & proud to be part of the TEAM!!
I didn't report you last year for fraud but I'm doing it this year because it's beyond the point of no return. Again, I'm reporting your Assistant Secretary and your Notary Republic. Your a foreclosure mill for companies. I have several proofs of both signatures that don't match. It's funny that only your employee's give reviews. It's true that Nationwide Title Clearing has robo-signors. I found out this year after investigating the alleged signature of a notary public employed by this company was not the real notary public's signature. Even the picture on the notary stamp is different then the picture on the real notary public's stamp. I called the State of Florida, Notary Department, and got the signature of Miranda Avila. The signature in no way matches the signature of the actual Miranda Avila on an assignment done by NTC. What a scam. I will be contacting the Florida General Attorney's Office with all the documents I have which show how different the signatures are in the same year. This fake signature was done on other documents also that appear on the internet. Also, Miranda Avila, Notary Public, is all over the internet as a robo-signer.
I have worked at NTC for over six years now. They treat their employees great. Sometimes they go through growth spurts and hire temps, but they usually get hired on.
The company is very big about supporting community events. They offer an extensive training program to help every individual grow if they want to. I can't imagine working anywhere else!
I have been working at NTC for 8 years. It has a great working atmosphere. I really like to come to work and help expand our positive influence on our market.
