I found Forever Young through Groupon, where I bought a Botox deal.
I did not expect much for the price I paid, but I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent results, plus the fact that I was able to return within two weeks for a little touch-up at no additional cost. The Botox lasted longer than my previous injection from a plastic surgeon's office. During winter holidays, I took advantage of a great promotion and prepaid for additional Botox visits. Robin is excellent, my forehead is totally immobile and that is how I like it at my age. She also explained to me that people who exercise generally do better with Dysport, which metabolizes slower in the body. Not sure why expensive plastic surgeon who charged me a lot more for the same product had never explained this important fact. So I am definitely returning fore the foreseeable future.
Here is why I am not giving this place 5 stars: I bought some saw palmetto capsule supplements for hormone-related hair shedding, and they have not worked for me at all. In fact, my hair has been shedding more since I've started taking them and my online research has confirmed that powder saw palmetto is a cheap alternative to oil-based berry extract capsules. I bought this product because it was highly recommended by the staff and I had presumed it was of high quality. Sadly, it does not come with a guarantee and so it was pretty much $100 down the drain.

Horrible customer service from the black girl who answers their phone! Her ghetto attitude pops right from the get and she over take you and will not let you get a word in because that is how she was obviously raised! I own a business and would never allow trash like that to operate my phone lines and speak to customers! They lost my membership/subscription.

From the owners down through the entire staff nothing but 5 stars. I have been going there for over a year now. No matter how small the question is, the staff makes sure you have a detailed answer that you are satisfied with. I currently fly from out of state to my appointments, and is totally worth it. The owners Deniz and Carlton makes time in their schedule every time I fly out to sit down and talk with me. That personal touch is priceless. Jacquie is my one on one contact that takes care of all of my questions in between my flights down there. The thing I appreciate most from Jacquie is she doesn't mind sharing her wealth of knowledge with you. She really cares and is honest. I was considering a few different options, and she took the time to educate me. She also stopped me from throwing my money away trying to over due some things that wouldn't benefit me. That part was the most important to me. Alot of places today is driven by the dollars for the revenue not the care of the customer. 4-Ever Young cares more about the customer than the dollar. That trait today is a rare find. If you are looking to take control of your health then there is no where else to go to than 4-Ever Young.

I have been getting Botox for a few years now.
I was a regular customer at the Boca location and never had a complaint until about a month ago. I got 3 areas of Botox and went for a touch up in one are and 3 weeks later still 0% improvement. I called today and they told me I have to pay full price again. I m definitely not going back.

I did some treatment with this facility that I paid in advance, I felt the treatment did not work good on me, I shared this with the assistant manager Precious and with at least 2 people before her, I even consulted when I got botox for alternative treatment after PRP and ended doing Derma Pen, which once again did not work good on me. I even texted the aesthetician and she never replied to me when I experienced breaking on my chin. The first time when I came back with the lesions on my face she said that most likely was not from the PRP and they looked like cystic lesions, she offered some treatment but I declined, since I don't like the use of steroids. I repeated the treatment and I got the same lesions - these lesions I only experience with their treatment-...... When I requested a refund for the treatment not done, Precious asked me what would make me happy and I told her just to get the refund, I felt this treatment was not for me, and I just felt I won't be a good idea for me to repeat treatment with them. Additionally, I also purchased Botox for me and my husband and some other cosmetics (that I was unable to use), total spend was around $2000 in 2 visits.
They called me with an answer for my refund after I called them several times seeking an answer , and the answer was that they will keep 50% of the $400 I was requesting back. I felt so aggravated that they were penalizing me for not wanting another treatment with them. I will use the remaining credit with them just to not let them get away with keeping 50% of my refund. I feel they did not approach this matter on individual needs, NO ALL PATIENTS ARE THE SAME. They want to use the credit on my husband's "future"treatments, well he is not going back there after I told him my story, and he felt the Botox treatment was just okay as I did to. -WE JUST DID NOT WANT TO COME BACK THERE-IT IS NOT NICE TO REPEAT YOURSELF 3 TIMES AND NO MEANS NO.
I find the communication with them hard, and it is not because my primary language is Spanish. I could have been that only patient that they did not return the call or text to, that one that felt into the cracks, but because it happened several times I was defensive and their response was just absurd. I GUESS IS BETTER TO FORCE SOMEONE TO DO SOMETHING THAT ALREADY MAKES HER UNCOMFORTABLE than to do what is correct. In any case if they want to penalize me for something (no appointments were ever broken) $200- 50% - it is just excessive. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this facility. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T PAY IN ADVANCE, AND IF YOU DO NOW YOU KNOW THEY WILL KEEP 50%.

06/25/18, Some decided to reply to my review of 2 month ago today, saying they were sorry, but the other reviews are good, so I guess...mine should not count....great costumer service!

Well let me give you an update: They would not refund me in full, part of the refund needed to be cashed out for treatment there, so I went to get my treatment. I decided to use botox and not prp. Again, a total waste of money, after I showed the text message to the manager with the unanswered messages, she wrote off my copayment, which I found just fair after make me go there, it was only about 90 dollars.
They are so careless that reply to reviews 2 months later, and did not even check the chart for the patient....hopefully this will tell you who you are dealing with.

I have done some botox and had great results. Unfortunately, it wasnt the same with fillers. The nurse did my fillers under my eye and age me so much. I supposed to look younger and i look now 10 years older. Not a good experience. I do not recommend fillers with her. She is not experienced enough for that particular kind of thing. No happy :(((((
