Just been cold called by this company by a gentleman who could hardly speak English about "an accident I've had sometime in the last 2 years", I haven't had any accidents.
They talk absolute rot and completely waste your time.

I am so disgusted with this firm I haven't even made contact! unprofessional and how ridiculous can a legal firm.
I will be reporting this firm to the governing bodies because it's not good practice and there's no way they should be stringing people along and wasting time I could have found another solicitor that was willing to take on the case within that time instead of waiting and wasting time with these morons.
This is only one of the "injury solicitors" who do cold and unwanted calls saying "...in our information you had a car accident in the past 200 years. Is that true?" And when you ask when it had happened, they just cut the line. They just called me on Viber!!! Where the hell you guys buy the contact numbers from?????

I had a personal Injury claim they were really helpful, I received compensation and was kept up to date. My mother has recently had an accident and I have recommended the solicitor that helped me.

I have received poor service from MTA, they didn't tell me I had to pay fees so took it out of my personal injury cheque and forged signatures to the effect of me agreeing to this, they have not given my 3rd passenger his personal injury cheque out of spite because I have complained to the Legal Ombudsman. They took 4 years to solve my claim where someone went into the back of my car and even the judge had to dismiss part of my claim because MTA hadnt advised me correctly to address the issues within a witness statement. They are a really bad, theiving firm and please think twice before putting your issues in their hands. I am disgusted with them!!

My experience with Adrian Pook from MTA was first class.
Adrian did a first class job of reviewing the information I'd provided to MTA before our initial consultation. He called at exactly the arranged time and was knowledgeable, clear and concise about the intricacies of the case. If I have the need again I will use Adrian at MTA.
I'd had the run around with a couple of other solicitors and so I was quite stern about making sure that I was to be put in touch with someone that could answer what I believed to be simple questions. I had been told by other firms that it's a "grey area" and they wanted to look in to it for a fairly hefty 'fee'.
I don't believe this is the sort of organisation that does cold calling so for those who claim to be called from MTA and have given negative reviews I'd ignore them.
This company continue to harass both my elderly parents with cold/nuisance calls daily, sometimes twice, once in the morning, then again in the late afternoon. Of course they always deny that its them making the calls, yet they continue. My favourite was when "Jamie" called back (one of the solicitors allegedly but probably a false name anyway ) and assured me this was a third party using their company name. Why was this my favourite?.... because when I called back in annoyance a few days later I realised it was"Jamie's" voice on their voice mail... never known a solicitor to be the one leaving the message on such a large companies answer machine surely that would be left to someone else who's time is less important?!?. At the end of the day surely any company that deals with business of this nature that is worth using wouldn't need to drum up business in this way! I would avoid them at all costs!
Oh and before they reply saying that it isn't them ... the number that calls come from IS THEIRS not a different number. As its the one I've called back to check.
Timewasting cold calling lying scumbags, I posted a car on gumtree and INSTANTLY received about 8 consecutive phonecalls advising me of a car accident that I never had, even giving me the name and registration of the other party that crashed into me.
Best bit is, it wasn't even my car that i was advertising. Called from a mobile number aswell, just like all the best solicitors do.

This company is absolute rubbish , they do not answer emails plus they do not pay what they owe to their clients ,on time..My friend Tony Wraight is constantly fobbed off with excuses ,they do not reply to urgent emails ,they withold monies due to him, do not engage them please be warned

Very good experience dealing with MTA. Efficient and do what they say they will do and at the agreed fee. Nicola Paton was was very responsive to requests and clearly very motivated to get a positive result for her client.
I must admit I was a bit skeptical in the beginning.

Received a cold call 'advising' me that I'd been in a car accident within the last 18 months. When I asked the advisor when the car accident took place and on which date, he became extremely aggressive and told me to 'f@&% off!'

Agreed a fee for a consultation on the advisors information there was a solicitor who wished to take my employment case forward, should this not be the case I would refunded. I was doubtful as I was agency staff and had been there less than 6 months. A solicitor did call, it was a 5 minutes call to say he could not help. It then took 7 calls none of which were returned (as promised) and over a month to get the refund issued. One excuse was "we have a lot of people waiting for refunds and accounts won't put them through."
My advice would be to get an email that confirms you will get a refund should your case not be taken on to revert to. Not impressed with a company quick to take money on a false promise that makes it very difficult to get the fee refunded.

Jasmin Bernard is Jordans line manager and seems absolutely incapable. She has failed to return a call 5 times, lied about needing to review a tape of the call in order to rightly refund me and then accused her own MTA accounts department of not issuing refunds and that they have "lots of refunds to process". So there's proof of this business, false promises to obtain money, avoidance of refund and incapable lying staff.
I have written a letter of complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority about the conduct of MTA.
DONT BE SUCKED IN BY THERI LIES.
