What a beautiful boutique in town! The window is constantly changing with gorgeous dresses. The stylist couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable. Also, I loved the dresses that I bought for my 12 years old daughter. She even likes it and said that your boutique was her favorite. I thanked you guys for the beautiful dresses. I won't regret it. I'm from South Florida and I Wish they had this store in South Florida! I'm not sure if it was Heathers sister that was there but she was very nice the whole staff there was. The store is so cute especially the clothing and the store had such good vibes.Its like a little tourist spot that everyone should just take pics at and also the wall! Never had a problem purchasing online from them either, they just have to restock more often! But yeah highly recommend the place such a dope spot.

It's been over 3 weeks and I have not received any information regarding my order! I contacted the store directly, as well as emailed the business and business owner using the emails provided after checkout and no response! The employees are incompetent and cannot tell u anything other than, It SHOULD be shipped out today! Heather and her staff know absolutely NOTHING about running a business! I've already contacted my Credit card company AND the Better Business Bureau! I will leave a review about this bs business anywhere that I can so that nobody else wastes their time or money with this company! Shop with businesses where you'll get your purchases in a timely fashion. Shop NASTYGAL and TOPSHOP! Sorella is just a bootleg knockoff version of those retailers.

It's a nice female owned business that I always try to visit and support. They have interesting collection for teens or women under 25 (that's my personal opinion). Can't say much about the quality. Very affordable and trendy.

My sister and I love this boutique so much. They had the most beautiful collection of clothes. The dresses that they had was so cute and classy. Also, if you want to have a customized dress they could do that as well. The staves in this boutique were so accommodating and approachable. They will assist you if you need their help. We can t wait to visit this shop again.

I love Sorella on melrose. This is where you get all the latest fashion in Los Angeles. It s right across the street from Fairfax high school. This store accommodates for men and women of all sizes. A lot of celebrities shop here as well. Definitely a place to shop, at least once a week for events, club and everyday wear. They also have an online store if you can t make it out to Los Angeles

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM it's literally been 2 weeks and I still haven't recieved my order I even payed extra for 2 day shipping and still nothing I emailed customer service and she said that it will be shipped out this morning but I haven't gotten a confirmation that it actually did. What a waste of 70 bucks lol I would think since I paid extra I would have my order shipped sooner. Not worth the wait honestly.

Dont buy from here youre totally gona regret it. Worst customer service meaning they dont care about their customers. They dont care if youre returning an item, thy dont care if u have a question, they dont care about anything. Second is, CHEAP QUALITY. THEY ARE ALL CHEAP MATERIAL. If you are all about comfort dont buy here. Their clothes are so cheap they look like clothes they sell in the streets of hong kong or china. Its just blatantly cheap. You will not get refunded of your money so if u dont like it which you will. You will get a store credit and then you will not even find anything u like because you realise the quality is just not even worth it. Im never buying here again i consider this store non existent.

Save yourself a headache and do not order from them. I put in my order Feb. 9 it is now a week from April and hasnt been shipped. I can t even get the whereabouts of my order. Personally called and didn t answer, personally emailed them and did not write back. Horrible service at its finest.

It was a week ago when I visited this boutique. I was really fascinated by the beautiful clothes that they had. It was indeed beautiful and class. The shop itself was so captivating. They were very organized and clean. They separated the clothes by colors and style. The vintage lace dress that I bought from this shop was so pretty and elegant as well. I had really nice experience at Sorella Boutique Designs Boutique. Mr. Bajaj is a really kind person and listens to you carefully and provides you what you need. I went there to get my measurements done and he did it right patiently and to my amazement he did not take any money.

I placed an order on April 20th, 2017 and still haven't received my order or let alone any information regarding my order ( tracking number, shipping notification, etc). I emailed 3 times and still haven't received a response. I definitely will be contacting my credit card company. This is very very unprofessional.

This boutique really has it all, from skirts, dresses, accessories, hats, etc. These guys truly have a variety of item selections, and I'm grateful that I was able to get one for my coming event. They charged me thirty euros for shipping and another thirty at customs. In total more than 63 euros for shipping to what obviously is necessary to add the price of the garment. A total of 120 euros for a tracksuit! im not rich. I think is too much and I'm outraged. DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS PAGE

Very very bad service i have bought a dress online to be shipped to qatar and after 10 days i am calling fedex by luck they said to me that they took the dress back before shipping and they didn t inform me about that and I didn t take my money its very very bad and i am really angry , I can t even contact them
