I have been here in New Zealand for 10 years. I lived in many different places and met many building managers and Currently I am living at 6 lorne street, (Precinct Building). The best of the best is Nihal Goel
who is the property manager. Some of the good things about Nihal is that;
- He always smile. (Real smile :)
- I like his quick response in terms of communication.
- Things are done very quickly.
- In terms of promises, He is honest with us. Previous property managers unfortunately not.
- In terms of attitude and behavior, I can say; He is professional.

I believe everyone lives in the building would agree with the above points. I think everyone like him.

I wish him all the best and I d like to take the chance that thank him for everything he do for us.

I have found Carlos at Active Building Management a pleasure to deal with at both the Skhy apartment complex and also previously on Botanica apartments in Mount Eden. Always friendly, responsive and efficient.

Jake always prompt and helpful dealing with any issues relating to the property. The common areas are always clean and well maintained. Also appreciate prompt response from after hours team when there is a noise issue in the pool area.

We lived at the Eclipse Apartments for nearly seven months. We have to say that from experience the building manager, Alfredo, was very friendly and helpful. He did his best and helped us even when our property manager was nowhere to be found and we are deeply grateful for that.

Our building Manager Kartik for Marina Park apartment has been a great help in all queries fast and efficient always willing to help get any problem solved.

Tertible devastation I came home from work and all the garden was gone..completely. tree stumps only left...very angry and upset...less than a day beforehand a leaflet saying trees may be trimmed..I rang Friday morning and eas told by Leigh Wetselaar..it might be Monday and trees trimming...nothing left..No garden...taking to the media..we rent in GreyLynn summerfield ..villas..this done 2 months before renovations are happening..we pay high rent for this place and now..no outside garden..absolutely shocking..bodycorp..Stuart Burgess..emails me saying..tell someone who cares...

Nihal at Precinct. " Fantastic BM". Good service and support provided to us. We were at precinct to fix the internet. I felt like we are one team, solving the issue and making precinct residents happy. Thank you Nihal.

Active Building Management has staff who are helpful and hands on. Carlos at The Metro is an example of this always positive approach. My building manager at Aura Apartments, Alfredo, is fantastic! He's such a friendly, helpful person and says hi every time I see him! He's also a
fantastic communicator, replying quickly to issues and messages. When we wanted to install fibre, we had no problems and he was super approachable and didn't hesitate to help out. All the other people I see from Active Building Management are also friendly. That's what makes them great!

Building manager Anand and his Active team is doing good work for Soho Building. we have seen lots of changes in our common area maintenance and cleaning after taking our this building by Anand and his team. Active team was working really hard in Covid-19 lockdown level 4.

We carry out a lot of Rinnai water heater Maintainance for this company as the manufactures representative, and they are excellent to deal with. They pay quickly and are really professional to deal with.

Wouldn't use anyone else! Best in town. You can tell Active know what they are doing. They have very experienced managers and personnel at every levels. Big enough to have everything covered but feels like very personal day to day management.

As a maintenance provider to Active Building Management and the sites they look after we have only ever found Kylee and the building management team excellent to deal with. They are very responsive to maintenance requirements always keeping the owners expectations in mind and ensuring that building facilities are available to the tenants as often as possible.

Im one of the owners of the appartment that Active Building Management is managing, it has been a great experience (the least i can say). Our onsite building manager Jake is great in what he does and keeps the appartment block in an amaculate condition. Very happy with communication, response to problems etc. 5 Stars all day long!!!

It is an enjoyable nine-month stay ( i will leaving the building in the first of Sept) at Aura apartment under the management of Active Building Management, particularly the site manager, Alfredo and the night patrol shift staff. Lacking in many ways.. If the electricity goes off causing electric gas. I know it can be turned on easily but it took 3 days to turn the lights back on. Night petrol contact number doesn't respond all. Bicyclists need more space to park, should take action according to requirements being proactive.
But I appreciate that it's far better than previous building manager. I also appreciate false fire alarm in building is rectified.

Anand is super kind and active manager. He cares things carefully, and find solutions and does try get them sorted asap with fast responds.

Recently just had tiles replaced at our work of business (which was damage from another tenant) Anand has been helpful and quick to respond, he also made sure to follow up with me on the works progress.

Wayne does the cleaning he also is really good never been so clean since he has started he is also a pleasure to deal to and talk too.
