I have been here in New Zealand for six years. I have been dealing with many building managers, and Currently, I am living at 6 Lorne Street, (Precinct Building), where the building is managed by the best manager I found ever while being here in New Zealand. His name is Nihal Goel
Below are some of the good things about Nihal;
- He always smile and very kind.
- His responses are very quick.
- A very honest person, while others are playing around with promises.
He is professional in communication and behaviour.

I personally like dealing with him, and I think everyone lives in the building does, and would agree with the above points.

I d like to take the chance to thank him for everything he does for us.
