Carlos Del Mar is the building manager for our apartments at SKHY in Auckland. I am so impressed by his professionalism, how quick he is to respond to us and how well he resolves any issues that may arise in our apartments or in the building. He is such an asset to our building and I am very grateful his support and his great technical know how. He is always our hero!
