I have been here in New Zealand for 10 years. I lived in many different places and met many building managers and Currently I am living at 6 lorne street, (Precinct Building). The best of the best is Nihal Goel who is the property manager. Some of the good things about Nihal is that; - He always smile. (Real smile :) - I like his quick response in terms of communication. - Things are done very quickly. - In terms of promises, He is honest with us. Previous property managers unfortunately not. - In terms of attitude and behavior, I can say; He is professional. I believe everyone lives in the building would agree with the above points.
