My building manager at Aura Apartments, Alfredo, is fantastic! He's such a friendly, helpful person and says hi every time I see him! He's also a
fantastic communicator, replying quickly to issues and messages. When we wanted to install fibre, we had no problems and he was super approachable and didn't hesitate to help out. All the other people I see from Active Building Management are also friendly. That's what makes them great!
