Staff is not good specially Haroon from empty acception sanction he is not doing his job.

Worst Customer Services.. Very Rude and Very poor.. Iam Doing business with PIL Since from last 10 Years.. Services never improved. Dont have other option.

Very very very BAD SERVICE at delivery order counter, first we have to wait for our turn to get the invoice, then again have to wait for cashier, after that have to wait for delivery order , that time only they will tell us what are the documents they needed and if there is some missing of documents they will not issue the delivery order. Why don t you people check the all documents before issuing invoice. At least if the customer know about the missing documents they can go and come back at the time of issuing delivery order. For your delivery order, simply wasting precious time of customers.

not onset i order on site and i choose the color of the items but sent different color i write email twice but no answer shameful
