Natalie's Cocina Latina Review

Terrible rice. Ordered from here twice and at different times. First time, I got the white rice pork shoulder. The rice was crunchy and stale which made me gag. I thought that I had just ordered at a bad time, or no one orders the white rice which allows the rice ti grey stale, so I went back during lunch and I ordered the yellow rice and beef stew. I thought that the beef stew would soften the rice, but I was terribly wrong. Crunchy stale rice and dry, over cooked beef stew. Never again.

Delicious and fresh food always! I just wished they were open later (especially since it's so good!)

I was looking forward to trying this place, I ordered the shredded chicken with rice and beans and an empanada. The shredded chicken was very dry and the rice and beans were extremely salty. I was hoping to like this place since I like Puerto Rican food but probably won't go back.

The menu is so confusing. Why is there 3 different size menus? Why did I get charged $8 then another $6 for rice and beans? I've never paid that much before. This was my first bad experience here. 2 small pieces of baked chicken, all i tasted was cilantro and my fried plantains were horrid, completely raw inside. What happened? Very disappointed

Great food! Tried one of every empanada they had, I honestly didnt have a bad one out the bunch and even got an apple one as my snack lol thanks guys for great food and service :)

Good Puerto Rican food, but some of the items have way too much cumin. If you can get past that, you'll really enjoy this restaurant.

Friendly staff and decent food in line with the average takeout Spanish food variety. I'd suggest they do something about the parking. The cratered asphalt is in dire need of repair.

The Best!!!!! We asked to have them cater our son's birthday party on short notice. They were more than accommodating, made sure the food was made the day of, on off hours to ensure it was as fresh as possible, and as always was phenomenal!!

Worst food ever! Mushy rice, the smallest empanada with dry meat. The alcapuria was also dry and old. $34 wasted...

First time there but not the last, this food was tasty with lots of flavors. Had the special today of Bacalahu (Cod) over yellow rice and Beans...mmmmm!! The portions were very generous and the next time around I might get the smaller size, but then again it was so good why deny myself the treat.

This place is great! Prices are right. Medium rice and beans with 2 choices of meat, $7. How the heck can you go wrong? It was delicious! If you are in the neighborhood, stop by to this excellent bistro. Pork, chicken, steak, and pork shops with daily specials. When you try it out, please post your experience!

Their pulled pork is amazingly tender and very flavorful along with their rice and beans. Their bacalaitos are delicious but could use a bit more fish and either more seasoning or a dipping sauce. I have only tried their beef empanadas thus far and they are spiced perfectly! I can't wait to try all their empanadas, along with other meat entrees. I also have eaten their fried plaintains, potato balls, alcapurrias and their flan. When I eat this food, I am instantly transported to someplace Latin. It is absolutely one of the best places around that truly serves a delicious meal that is reasonably priced! Tonight, I am having their Bacalao Guisado! Yum! I would like to see some more vegetarian options, especially empanadas!

Delicious!!! Good portions and delicious food. The sweet plantains were made to order and fried perfectly. This was my first real Caribbean meal in 5 years (I moved to the Pacific Northwest where there are NO authentic options) and it was excellent!

Have wanted to try for a while. Stopped into with my daughter and was surprised. The amount of food you get and the price is great. The food is amazing. Is definatly going to be my new go to place.

Dont raise the Prices to get less food !!! I enjoy u guys spanish food but I hope the dishes & prices will be back to normal soon ...

My wife loves takeout from this place. If you're getting fried stuff like empanadas, call ahead since it takes a few minutes extra.

their empanadas are pure comfort. Crispy outside, tender inside and just great seasoned filling. They have a huge variety of fillings to choose from. You can t go wrong with any of their dinners either. I like the pork but you can mix and match any of the meats you d like. The staff is always happy and very accommodating. Its more of a food to go place but you can eat inside. Very smal inside though

Go here. Eat here. Repeat. The food is amazing and the portions are larger than expected. The food is consistent and flavorful. Daily specials rotate but the staples remain. I could eat here for lunch every single day if I had the opportunity. Check it out and make it a point to get a few empanadas.

AMAZING Hispanic food. You gotta try the fried pork or the tripe. I can't stay away from this place. This is coming from someone who knows their island food, having been born in Haiti.

Visited for the first time on Monday. My wife and I loved our meals (pulled chicken and pork, with rice and beans). The food was tasty, portions were huge, prices were reasonable, and staff was friendly. They're open on Mondays, which was a huge plus for us. We will definitely be back to support our local businesses!

It is the first time I visited this place because they sell creole food they have alcapurrias pastries and fried foods that I tell you is Puerto Rican food is not a great thing

Always a great experience and great food. The staff is always friendly and patient. Solid selection of food. Clearly posted specials and prices. Fried to order empanadas and such are always delicious and fresh. Love getting food from here.
