Staff were friendly and worked quickly, but I did not appreciate being asked personal questions by your PR/Marketing staff right after I came out from operation room (it's none of your business what my religion is and what surgery I did and I should not be asked to disclose this in a shared ward) when I wasn't even fully recovered/conscious. After I was pushed out of the op room while I was half conscious I saw almost 10 staff went through my personal particulars and medical records (are they interns?) without involving taking care of me. I believe only the nurses & doctors involved needed to know my data provided. Anes doctor asked irrelevant questions prior to surgery. Protect your patients personal data is priority area your hospital can improve on. And please let your patients rest after surgery instead of bombarding them with your marketing questions!

First time do the check up here. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

I done my body checkup and the procedure from registration to the whole processes was properly arrange. There was quute nice breakbrea and lunch provided and the surrounding was comfortable.

My friends n I were picked up from our office on time at 7.30am. Staff were friendly and helpful but try to smile a bit more.. Food is ok but could have been better. Mee goreng for breakfast was plain. Thanks!

Best neurosurgeon and oncologist I ever met I was introduced by my friend to seek second opinion in Beacon Hospital. Never heard of this hospital before this. Made an appointment to see Dato Ibrahim. He reviewed my case and discussed my case with his fellow colleague, Dr Lee Foo Chiang who is a neurosurgeon. When I read their review online, there are a lot of positive feedbacks on these two doctors. After discussed with my family, I decided to get treated in this hospital. I had a pleasant stay of three weeks in this hospital. The nurses were friendly and competent. The customer service staff was helpful. There was once my husband s car broke down in the car park and the customer service was so kind to get the nearby mechanic to check and service our car. I would like to thank Dato Ibrahim and Dr Lee for their dedication. Not to forget all the nurses and staffs.

I had a medical checkup and it was worth waiting... the staffs are quite friendly and approachable.... the food is quite satisfying. Even though it was my 1st time, i feel satisfied.

The overall experience here was good. Just need a little improvement on the timing of ultrasound and xray. Perhaps to have these done first so we don't have to fast until afternoon.

Being the sole breadwinner of the family, the fund has lighten my financial burden alot. It was really like at the darkness of the tunnel, I found a beacon of hope when I was introduced to this hospital.

I came here for doing blood test for health screening. All staff are nice&helpful. Food was good. Food, coffee and tea serve while you're waiting. The day I was here around 20 person. One thing need improvement was the patient/visitor their voice volumn need to be control a bit cause bit noise like market. Anyway, I would recommend this hospital. It's my first time here at Beacon Hospital with my mom for health screening (body check up), all medical staff here are very friendly and helpful, and doctor consultation was excellent. It's also surprising that decent breakfast, lunch and tea are served thus waiting time is bearable. Thank you so much for the great service. Very skilful Eye Specialist It s my first time here in Beacon Hospital. I was referred to see Dr Ong Chin Tuan for my watery eye problem. Dr Ong is well-trained in UK and I was told that the technique he used to treat my problem is very unique. Indeed, Dr Ong is very skilful, I don t have obvious scar after the surgery and most importantly, I no longer look sad . The surgery charges are very reasonable. Highly recommended Dr Ong.

Clean and comfortable hospital with new facilities and equipment. Staff are highly courteous and passionate. Lots of beds and spacious rooms. Strangely located in an industrial area, but I suppose they cater to a special crowd. Could do with a little more parking up front, but on the whole a professional and smart-looking hospital.

The staff here are attentive and professional. Brought elderly at home to Beacon for imaging and health screenings. Quick processing. Coffee and refreshments provided for clients at the waiting area. Can't complain about that!

So far, all the health screening test went smooth. Quick. But, at this time, many people came here also for test. So, longer time taken. And have to wait after 4 pm to wait for the result. So, decided to set another appointment for taking the result. Well brief by the doctor. . Overall, the health screening is quite OK for first timer like me.

It was terrible experience in this hospital, with the rudest doctors we have ever encountered. Doctor does not share their advice on the best treatment for the patient and refuse to explain to the family member, not even the closest family member of the patient. Worst thing ever, we heard the doctor shouting at the nurses as "stupid... monkey" in the middle of the night. Unprofessional and unethical medical team. Please do not waste your time here.

The experience from Entering to the Consultation was good. Hope that will be able to improve the flow. Taking a little too long.

I was a patient 6 yrs.ago, from time to time I do follow up check up. I love the place as if you are at home. Beacon did even prepared food for everyone who comes ,while waiting for a turn to be called,just enjoy the food. I really love here. The admission is smooth. The staffs are efficient. Very good comprehensive health screening package. Sena is courtois and accommodating. IMPROVEMENT: At stress test I want to wear my sports gear, but the attending nurse told me that casual wear is ok ,with Jean's despite saying I want to go to level 5. I felt uncomfortable at level 5 and need to stop halfway. It is advisable to strictly keep to attire to sports wear.

The hospital is fully equipped and the doctors and nurses are very friendly.

My 4th year Health Screening here. Good service, convinience & friendly staff.

This is my first time being here at Beacon Hospital. Honestly speaking the service is good and fast. I reached here at 750am for cancer screening health pack. Registration done less than 10min. All the test done by 930am. So surprise it was so fast. The result need to wait within 4 hours. While waiting, i also can have my bfast and lunch which is given by the hospital for the meal voucher. So many chairs / sofa here for you to wait and rest. Very comfortable. The doctor and staffs is so helpfull and friendly. Thanks and credit to Ms Zaza for the explanations and a good service for today.

Transportation provided. Good for long distances and traffic jams. Gifts are also given to attract attention. But the procedure here is so slow that the patient has to wait too long. Overall okay.

I went to do my mammogram sometime in April n I must say dat d nurse was polite n friendly to me. While waiting for my result went up to c Dr Dev for my yearly check up n I was v happy with both Rani and Mar Cela who assisted me to chk on my weight and pressure. Dey have been very helpful d whole time I was there. Dey r also very friendly and cheerful.

The first inspection was very good, and all the counters had good attitude and service! The doctors and nurses all have smiling faces. The speed is very fast and there is no need to wait too long! Good

Sena is a very helpful lady that takes care of everyone eversince we entered the hospital and waiting... very supportive and cheerful.

The service is good and environment very pleasant. Breakfast and lunch are provided. The nurses will check on you if they see that you have been waiting around for a while. The waiting time is considered as reasonable except at the mammogram and ultrasound area . The package price is great too with few giveaways and free gift. Overall, very good.
