I recently purchased some home decor items from mdesignhomedecor.com and I must say, I am quite pleased with my purchase. The products are of great quality and the prices are reasonable. The website is easy to navigate and the checkout process was smooth. The only suggestion I have is to improve the packaging as one of the items arrived slightly damaged. Nonetheless, I am happy with my overall experience and would consider buying from them again.

I ordered some mDesign storage products from Amazon, & they are such high quality, I love them. Unfortunately, I wanted to order more, they were sold out. I went to the mDesign website, & you don't ship to Canada. How unfortunate; I wish you would expand your shipping parameters, so sad...

My first order with mDesign far exceeded my expectations. Intially the products may seem a little over priced, but the quality is unbelievable (seriously). I haven't received anything that was even mediocre, products are sturdy and the design is even better. Thank you, mDesign :)

Customer service is blantant disrespect. Delivery was looooong. Once you pay it's just a waiting game of "it's pending" Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.

EDIT: After reviewing the company for its lack of customer service and inferior/damaged product they sent me a follow-up email to try and rectify the situation. This was very much appreciated! After starting off on a rocky road they more then pulled thru on the customer service end. Thank you! During these trying times it was nice to see! t only did the company not honor the discount that they offered- the products I ordered shipped thru Amazon even though I ordered direct thru the company. The bronze paper towel holder that I ordered is chipped and the finish isn t smooth on one end. I had been interested in ordering other products from them. But with the subpar customer service (especially during these trying times and companies closing all around us) and quality of the products we received I will never use them! I do not recommend them.
