I ordered some mDesign storage products from Amazon, & they are such high quality, I love them. Unfortunately, I wanted to order more, they were sold out. I went to the mDesign website, & you don't ship to Canada. How unfortunate; I wish you would expand your shipping parameters, so sad...
My first order with mDesign far exceeded my expectations. Intially the products may seem a little over priced, but the quality is unbelievable (seriously). I haven't received anything that was even mediocre, products are sturdy and the design is even better. Thank you, mDesign :)
Customer service is blantant disrespect. Delivery was looooong. Once you pay it's just a waiting game of "it's pending" Save yourself the frustration and order elsewhere.

t only did the company not honor the discount that they offered- the products I ordered shipped thru Amazon even though I ordered direct thru the company. The bronze paper towel holder that I ordered is chipped and the finish isn t smooth on one end. I had been interested in ordering other products from them. But with the subpar customer service (especially during these trying times and companies closing all around us) and quality of the products we received I will never use them! I do not recommend them.
