Sent an email and no reply. Twice when checking an item out over a course of a couple years I was told you know you have a fine? Absolutely not I said.I inquired and no response. I was exonerated BUT, I don't want the library to think I am lying ? Lady responded maybe it snowed? I said I believe it did the day I returned to the BOX.So if staff is checking back in items after a snow closure you'd think they would cross reference due date and the snow event?

The amount of books they have there are very dependable based on information. It's another place that I like to hang out at with free wifi and the computers are also reliable.
I love this library staff is great 3 floors of books desperate section for kids and teens I like large print
Quit and helpful people. Easy to find what you are looking for.
i love this place! people are wonderful and the comic and manga club is a place where i feel like i can be me!
It's the loudest library I've ever been in. Constant noise being made by staff who seem oblivious to their surroundings. I'm sitting here right now trying to study as someone bangs away in the next room with a hammer.
What an amazing treasure in Williamsport! It is so much more than just books - you can use the computers to do research, job search, or just surf the internet. You can also get your passport taken. And you can also check out games to entertain your family.
The kids area is fantastic...a train display to play with..games at the end of each aisle..a tablet tablet to watch educational videos and play games and a reptile display. Add numerous books, videos and games to check out and friendly librarian s to talk to. Its a must for any child. My toddler loves it!
Love the Library! So many quiet places, helpful staff and a beautiful building!
As a teenager, I love this place. The 2nd floor has a teen area with computers, and young adult books. They have a really cool atmosphere and have plenty of seating for homework! I bring my friends there all the time. Also vending machines were nice touch
Only private parking for this public library. Even Idaho allows 2 hour parking. Restroom smells like a loaded diaper 24/7
Love this library, they have a wide selection of books and moviesfor adults and children.. on the children's side - They also offer things to do that you can get your kids involved in if you ask for the calendar. They have a train table there, other activities for kids to engage in and there is a pet Tortoise. It really is a great library.
I only gave the PUBLIC bathroom facilities one star, the staff themselves are professional. The PUBLIC bathroom is atrocious, there's bloody mucous on the wall's, the bathroom really needs to be cleaned!!! The smell is sickening, smells like a sewage leak!!!!!!
Busy compared to other public libraries with several public computers. Good new acquisition selection from the entrance. Several floors of books and wide areas to sit and read. Civil War and hunting/fishing books are a hidden discovery.
the kids area is always fun, staff are very helpful
Very friendly staff, its always clean and organized. I also love how they have activities for everyone.
A Beautiful library seeping with serenity. A plethora of books, movies, games, cd's, magazines & what have you. Architecture in the main lobby combined with radiant stained glass windows promotes a sight for sore eyes. A wonderful experience.
