Refused to provide find aadhar service and saying we don't have finger print scanning machine Its the only branch in Vadodara that is supposed to provide this service and they saying no is not at all accepted

Located on a busy square (Urmi Char rasta), the bank is easily accessible. Has a small parking in front and an ATM machine right next to the main entrance door. The bank has usually timings of 10 am to 6 pm from Monday to Friday. Service is quick and staff is courteous and helpful. Other corporate offices are there too on the higher floors.

New ICICI bank office is amazing. Improve working efficiency and customer services.

If you go for home loan any task the lady officers tilt their noses up, the ladies staff so unpleasant and rustic. They don't respect the customer dignity. Need some special training for the ladies banking officer.

Absolutely rubbish service. The bank competes on giving poor service to customers with PSU banks, to see who gives worse service.Shame I have to give 1* as there is nothing less than 1*. Well done ICICI

Mannerless employees, Slow, lazy and you never feel like you are in Icicibank. Govt. Bank is far better.

Very very bad experience with customer care. First of all need to wait long to talk with customer care officer & every office telling different stories rather than giving solution. Recently bank has deducted charges on debit card transaction.

Very bad several experiences at vadodara main branch, a city where the bank has Registered office. Poor speed of computers, computers shutdown when power goes off as no UPS. Staff does not know the policies of the bank and thus misguide customers. Written complaints are not accepted at any level. Email complaints are not attended properly. Personal information of customers are shared with third party in breach of provisions of RBI Act and upon complaint simply and vaguely replies no such information is shared. List is very looooong..................

I have my Salary account with ICICI, after my salary account was opened, I was contacted by Mayank Selar to open up a Demat Account, he promised, I won't be charged a single penny for the first year if my account reflect an amount >1 lac, I did the same. After 1 year, I decided to close the Demat service, I tried contacting him, he didn't answer or replied to my texts, the yearly charge got debited from my account, I tried contacting the bank, thanks to my ARM Yashika, she helped me through this. They say that we do not charge for any advance services, though the amount is not huge but I still feel cheated :( I would NEVER choose ICICI as my first bank.

Bank is located on Jay Prakash Narayan Road (J P Road) besides Alkapuri Telephone Exchange. Due to traffic island Transpak Circle (Chakli Circle), parking disturbs commuters, customers and public transport. Bank needs to improve a lot to efficiency handling customers service. As such ambience is good. My general observation for banks is, they are very friendly while accepting Fixed Deposits but when one wants to close it, they take too much time.

They don't receive in phone calls. Worst services in the world

i recently visited bank's newly shifted building for my home loan purpose. Here i want to mention with the counter no. 4. I was literally feeling like a beggar. She was behaving like she own the bank. Really very rude behavior. When there is customer, you have job. She needs to understand. I here request the higher authority to teach them how to treat customer and how to give them respect.

This bank is the worst bank ever. They have literally harassed my mother because she is an NRI. Employees of that branch do not get back to you when they say they will call. It is THE WORST branch I have every encountered. The respect and value for customers is not given. I have not idea how this branch is even existing. The website also is not at all user friendly. I will never recommend ICICI Bank to any of my friends or relatives.

I made an appointment in advance from UK as an NRE holder,and was very pleased with the full assistance given to me by the branch manager Nitingna and her staff. They spent good 3 hours with me to sort out my transfer details. I love their user-friendly online banking and also their telephone Help is excellent.
